It's a portal through time, where you can see in the decor tickets that take you back 30, 40, even 50 years.nA cozy dining room that feels larger than life with Sandra's attention, as she recites the menu with details of how each dish is prepared. Everything is tempting.nWhile waiting for the vegan gnocchi, the ham bathed in a reduction with potatoes and sweet potatoes, and a lentil stew, a deliciously crunchy fried cassava arrived at the table for a snack, accompanied by two tasty hummuses.nSandra filled the gaps with the history of the restaurant, its beginnings and the challenges it overcame.nThe dishes arrived with presence, well presented, and abundant.nAnd as a bonus, a dessert: pears, dates, and figs in red wine compote delighted the palates of all three diners.nWe will return. Thank you, and may many enjoy it.
