My experience was more than excellent! I organized a retreat and really Gaby, the owner, incredibly loving, kind, all willing to make everything as it was, impeccable, super clean cozy rooms, 100 point food, everything fresh, delicious, abundant, organic and vegan!! The impressive place, an incredible view, the girls in the dining room, Noelia, Eva, Juli incredible! I have never had such an impeccable experience, like feeling at home, welcomed by a friend who loves you, all made and provided with a lot of love.nMore than recommended.nIn fact my next retreat will be there.nThank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I ONLY ATE IN THE RESTAURANT, I DIDN'T STAY IN THE HOTEL, but I came to say that the food is delicious, that they gave us shelter without reservation and when the place was almost closed, I publicly thanked them for their hospitality with two walkers who were tired and almost dehydrated by the place.

We only went for dinner; you should contact them in advance to reserve if possible. They gave us menu options, we ate two, and both were exquisite, very tasty. Real food. The place is beautiful too, very pretty. For animal lovers, there are some very friendly and shoppable ones in the garden.nnThe only thing is that it's a bit of an uphill climb for those on foot; it's a matter of mustering the will. But you can get there by car.nWe took two routes and we have a 2000 car, so there was no problem at all. So, it was great.nnBack to the topic, the food was delicious. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get away from the diet burgers they sell everywhere as a vegetarian/vegan option.
Beautiful place in the mountains of San Luis with a fantastic view of the town of Merlo. The complex has very good facilities to base yourself and explore the Area, or to enjoy the day there. Breakfast is included, being varied and abundant, they also offer you delicious lunches, dinners or food to take on a walk and best of all, the complete certainty that it is free of animal exploitation. Gabi the host offers yoga classes every morning to start the day with the best energy. In addition, the complex has a spectacular park, with orchards and fruit trees but also with the typical native flora that covers a large part of the land, and as if that were not enough, a swimming pool that is a luxury. An experience of 10! Very grateful to Gabi and the girls who work with her are geniuses.
A beautiful place to relax and be in touch with nature! There are hiking trails and Gaby's cooking is excellent! If you're not a vegetarian, there are beautiful places nearby to eat meat cooked in a clay oven or grilled! Highly recommended! ☀️☀️

Unique and magical place, impeccable facilities, wonderful natural views, the food is abundant, healthy and delicious, the girls who serve are very well treated and educated, its owner Gaby is a great host, warm and simple, it is like being with family, and if they take her yoga classes it is like completing those days of rest with peace, highly recommended, I will surely return to some cooking and self-knowledge workshop.

This is the second year I have visited because I organize Art and Wellness Retreats for women. Gaby, her divine owner in all the details and attention. The food is vegan, super tasty and natural. The most peaceful place to rest and enjoy in the middle of the mountains, far from the center. The pool is great for taking a good bath and relaxing on the lounge chairs. The garden is very beautiful and spacious.
I came to the place and it was closed. It doesn't say anywhere if it's working or not. A pity that it is not updated. I am vegan and I came directly to the rest that appeared here because I am from Buenos Aires.
