An incredible experience. We went for lunch on a weekday. The place was very warm and the service was very friendly. Everything was DELICIOUS; it's truly difficult to achieve such intense and succulent vegan flavors. The gypsy tacos blew my mind; I'll definitely be back. The prices were also quite reasonable.

The appetizer and small plates were delicious. The pizza was a bit salty. I made a reservation for my birthday, but they didn't even give me a single piece of cake. The second I finished eating, they were already clearing my plate away. Don't do that, it's in bad taste.

The food is delicious. Although it's a once-in-a-while or special occasion meal, due to its high price relative to the amount of food served per dish. For example, a bao costs 8,500 pesos.nThe decor is beautiful, as is the atmosphere in the kitchen, which is open to the public. We also really appreciate the fact that the kitchen is open to the public. You can see the care and attention to detail in their dishes. The tableware and furnishings could be of better quality to improve customer comfort.nnThank you for the experience.

A little jungle in the city...nThe service is outstanding, relaxed... Everyone is super friendly and attentive at all times... I've been there several times... And the treatment was always excellent...nThe kitchen is open to the public and you can see the freshly prepared dishes of each dish also sets them apart...nThe menu design is designed so you can enjoy several dishes in one meal (they have small plates to share). You can tell the dishes are meticulously thought out... The freshness of the ingredients... And the flavors achieved are exquisite...nGoing to Chui is truly an extremely pleasant experience...nA good place to share an intimate, relaxed, and enjoyable moment... I recommend the mushroom pâté and the llanero cheese...nThe cost may be moderately high... But compared to the dishes... And their quality... It's more worth the investment than spending a little less at a burger joint.
