We had dinner with three people. All three of us were happy with our dishes. The presentation was excellent, and the flavor was excellent, with the spices and saltiness. The service was very friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Enjoyable conversation and sharing a very pleasant meal.

I had high expectations for this place, but it didn't meet them :/ I was excited to try healthy and organic food, since it is the first certified organic restaurant in Buenos Aires.nWe went for lunch and ordered the menu of the day, which consisted of smoked tofu with yamani rice and glazed carrots, the other dish was a quinoa risotto with vegetables and a soup of the day. For dessert we tried a coconut flan with vegetable dulce de leche. You could tell the ingredients were fresh and natural, however, the food was tasteless. We had to add a little salt to make it better.nA flavor point was that they gave us bread and a vegan-type sauce as an appetizer, which did have flavor and was quite good. On the other hand, the dessert seemed new to me and was very delicious.nAs for the service, the girl was super friendly and tender, she treated us very well.nI think the concept of the place is great, but it could be used more. They have a varied menu and excellent ideas for dishes, but the flavor did not match on this occasion. The price is also a little high for the level of the dishes.
Excellent options, I ordered the crudi burger. Very filling and nutritious. They served me some raw crackers before starting. Recommended. Obviously it has nothing to do with a full gluten and meat burger. Do not arrive with expectations and open your mind to try new original flavors that truly feed every cell in the body. Health!

Bio Solo Orgánico is an unusual restaurant for the Latin American environment. Not only is their cuisine based on organic products, but their ingredients are certified organic. That means describing, open source, all your preparations in absolute detail. Quite a luxury for those of us who value that. The food is excellent, mixing basically oriental flavors in recipes of varied inspiration. You're not going to leave without an option. A recommendation: better from Tuesday because the ingredients from the local market will be available and with that the entire menu. Don't lose your eye on the dish of the day, which is usually the star of their outstanding proposal. Talk to the staff and they will, with great pleasure, share with you all their knowledge of the dish, its ingredients and the origin of its products. Illustrative and delicious. A must stop if you are looking for something more than a roast and a Milanese.

Salad and cheese cake. Servers were perfect. Nice place and nice atmosphere. However, the salad greens had many black slimy edges. I had been traveling for several months where I dared not eat anthing uncooked and was ravenous for fresh greens so I ate it anyway. I thought maybe that is what organic greens in BA are like. Then I saw another diner's dish covered with perfect fresh greens and got frustrated that I didn't send my salad back. Maybe they thought to get rid of the old stuff on the tourist? The raw desert was amazing!
The restaurant is very, very good, the food is incredible, the best of the best, truly 100% organic, everything prepared at the moment: soups, elaborate dishes, empanadas with very good seasonings, sugar-free desserts and delicious, every lunch they have different dishes for variety and the best thing, apart from the family atmosphere!! The girls treat you like a king!!! They know how the dishes are made and give you very good recommendations.
This place is good, a unique experience and with great friendly service. The food is right sized and tasty. The service is efficient and they hunor my español malalo. The owner even told the mozo how to say the daily special in simpler terms (en español). Basically if you're vegan/veg/taccless and in palermo, this should be on your list.
The first place in Buenos Aires that made organic vegetarian food. It is still valid because it shows that there is a lot of work and dedication behind it. I came back recently and I was amazed again at how delicious everything was and how beautiful the space is.

The Pumpkin Soup has a crunchy touch with seaweed and caramelized raemesan. Applause!
