Sensational vegetarian restaurant - with MANY vegan options, which are the majority, by the way! You can feel the love put into preparing all the dishes, everything is delicious, with various spices, surprising flavors and extremely tasty vegan and vegetarian dessert options. The atmosphere is super cozy and pleasant, as is the service. The restaurant is very popular even for non-vegetarians! I highly recommend it!

Wonderful restaurant, impeccable seasoning, everything very fresh and tasty. On hot days the restaurant can be a little stuffy despite having a small outdoor area that is always busy most of the time. But it is always a pleasure.

Lunch buffet style, always with different options (lots of salad, very good chutneys, sauces and hot dishes) and clearly signposted as to what is ovo-lacto-vegetarian and what is vegan. There are refreshing juices (the juice of the day, usually a mix of different fruits, usually with ginger too, is always worth it!) and desserts. The price, although not that cheap, is relatively in line with the region where the restaurant is located. In addition, the space is very cozy.

I have been a customer of Maha Mantra for over 10 years, and I have always received good service both in the store and when I order at home. Fernando, the owner who recently passed away, was a lovely person and an excellent professional, but since his passing, things have changed a lot in the service provided by Ifood. I ordered 1 lasagna (R$50.00) and it came in a tiny package, appetizer size; the photo in the advertisement shows 1 generous lasagna but it is misleading advertising, the portion is half the size of 1 fork (11cmx8cm, 220g). Compare the photos and description in the advertisement with the reality and draw your own conclusions. I spoke to the restaurant and they did not resolve the problem. I miss Fernando so much! Never again!
