I went hungry every time I bought something. The portions are so small, and for lunch or dinner, I have to eat at least two.nThe dishes are simple, without salt, and I see that they always add the cheapest ingredient in a much larger quantity. For example, rice, which comes in a much larger quantity than the other ingredients.nFurthermore, the lasagnas always defrost into a soupy mess, even if you follow the instructions. Delivery isn't very flexible either, and you can only get it days in advance. Besides, you don't know when the delivery person will arrive, and there's no tracking.nOh, and the owners aren't even vegan, which is evident in the food selection. The choices are low in nutrition, lacking in variety, and, as I said, they come in tiny quantities. The packaging isn't as sustainable as they'd like it to be, as it contains plastic, not just paper. It's clearly a company without a clear purpose, which invested in a target audience that isn't yet well served in Brazil, but did it anyway, lol. I don't recommend it.
Some lunchboxes are good and sufficient. Others, not so much. The lunchbox with vegetable sausage and mashed potatoes came with four small pieces of sausage (not a single one was included) and a teaspoon of mashed potatoes. There was leftover rice and beans, which I ended up adding to what I already had at home.
The best frozen vegan meal I've ever had! The lunchboxes are well-presented, the sauces are incredible, and everything is seasoned just right. The feijoada is amazing! The kale tastes like it was made fresh!
I ate it for the first time during the pandemic, then tried it again and... delicious! They've improved SO MUCH! It used to be a four-star rating, now I give it five stars without hesitation! Lots of options, lots of flavor, and a great price! They accept various payment methods, and the frozen lunch boxes are a great help for those pressed for time (especially vegetarians and vegans).

I personally don't like the brand; the seasoning in most of the lunch boxes isn't tasty.nThe website image is completely misleading; the quantity is much smaller than shown. They send a tablespoon of puree in the lunch boxes that contain puree.nThe jackfruit one is the worst for me; the tomato sauce is too acidic.
I've been a customer for a long time and it's my only supplier. The food is delicious and I buy a lot for special dinners.

I was very disappointed. I loved it. I ordered three times. The food is delicious. I went to this website after a lot of research, and they said it was completely plant-based. I'm allergic to cow's milk protein. I was starting to enjoy eating again. Some dishes didn't sit well with me. I went shopping this week and (probably the website has been updated) I saw that the dishes that made me feel sick contain or may contain milk. I was very sad and gave up on the purchase. Only those with severe dietary restrictions understand how difficult it is to find delicious food. There are some dishes I can still order, but how can a company that claims to be vegan and completely plant-based use cow's milk? Sad.
So far, I've really enjoyed everything I've tried. I've been using LivUp for two years now, and I also like Beleaf. They're two different options that complement each other for me. The jackfruit meat is perfectly balanced, super tasty, and I found the ravioli sauce fantastic. The jackfruit coxinha was very good, and the apple tortilla was a 10.
I love Beleaf! Super fast delivery and everything always arrives in perfect condition! It's a great option for those who are always in a rush! I always have lunch boxes in the freezer that save me a few days! Regarding the dishes, I love the jackfruit ragu, the lasagna, the protein kibbeh, among others.nnPoints for improvement: I was shocked by the amount of sodium in the dishes. There could be a low sodium category on the website!nnAnd oh, they could explain better how the food is prepared, whether the food is fried or baked, for example.
HORRIBLE! I've been waiting since December to try this company's lunch boxes. Twice I couldn't get any dates available, but finally, before my last trip, I was able to order. The flavor and presentation of each lunch box is disappointing. There were 10 lunch boxes and my boyfriend and I gave up eating them. We were so disgusted with the flavor of the lunch boxes, they were simply FLAVORLESS, with LARGE pieces that were poorly seasoned. The packaging is even worse. NONE of them opened as instructed. Terrible storage. I ordered from Liv Up and was very surprised. Maybe they could learn from them. It's super practical and tasty. I'd like to register my warning and dissatisfaction here. Horrible!!!
The dishes have just the right amount of salt. There's a good variety of options. Very convenient, ready in 8 minutes in the microwave. For those who live alone like me, it's a healthy alternative to fast food.nThe serving size may not satisfy an adult male.

The idea is very interesting, the packaging is very cool and functional, the dishes are constantly evolving (I saw some comments that the flavor/seasoning is not the best, and I even agree that I liked some dishes less than others) but, as I said, the evolution does not stop and in just 6 months I have gone from liking 30% of the menu to at least 75%! And that is because there are ingredients that really do not adapt well to freezing, that is, when the dish is not pleasing it is not because of a lack of quality but rather due to misfortune, usually quickly corrected with the help of our feedback.
