Large outdoor restaurant, nicely decorated & beautiful view of the beach. We had Tuna burger, chicken burger. Food was ok, price is reasonable. Server speaks English & helpful. English menu available & accept credit card.

Perfect dinner spot - right on the beach with the breeze coming in. The Cove Sampler was a feast and every item was delicious. Grab an original margarita as well while you're here.

Friendly welcome. Located in a private and secure neighborhood in Palmetto. Beautiful ocean views. The meals are good and generous in quantity. Not gourmet, but well prepared nonetheless.

Stopped in while on a snorkel trip. Veggie burger was delicious and tuna burger was okay. Whole grilled red snapper was very tasty.

The hours on Google are not up to date so beware. We went Monday at 6pm and they were closed.nWe went back Tues at 6 and they were open.nFood was great prices were reasonable. There is a truncated summer menu running now. (November). Pictures attached.nServer was very attentive.

The Cove is a 10/10! The place itself is gorgeous with a beautiful beachfront and pool. The food and drinks are made with love and to your liking. We had Easter brunch, lunch, and dinner here during our stay and all of it was delicious. The kitchen even cooked up some of the wahoo my husband caught and it was literally the best fish I've ever eaten! (Picture attached). Most importantly though, are the people. Richard, Lissa, and Junior make this place what it is. They are all super friendly, knowledgeable about their island, and treat you like family. Thank you to all of you for our amazing time at The Cove! I highly recommend this place!

Nice spot for dinner and cocktails. Be aware the no-see-ums at the beach. Bug spray is a must! You'll be itching for weeks. Welcome to Roatan!

Excellent service from Lisa, great lemonade, tasty food (sesame-encrusted ahi tuna, tuna potstickers, and shrimp avocado crostinis). The only downside was some flying bugs, but spray was quickly provided.

The perfect combination of gorgeous scenery and delicious food. I loved that they had options for everyone. I being the vegan/vegetarian of the family was really happy with the Vegetable Tempura, Cauliflower, and what may have been the best veggie burger on the island. My wife found some fried snapper that she loved, my mom got a salad and my daughter had plenty of options in the kids menu. What made the place even better was the pool. My daughter stayed in the pool until she was ready to eat. We had a great view of her so we weren’t worried about her swimming alone. The beach access is also awesome. Great service as well.nnOverall one of the most beautiful spots you can eat and relax at on the island. Lots of food options for vegetarians, kids, and carnivores alike. Oh and great drinks poured with a heavy hand!

I first came to The Cove, located in the Palmetto Bay Community, almost a year ago while looking for a property on the island.....with Palmetto Bay being one of the areas in consideration. That day, the realtor and I had two appetizers and a drink each.....all delicious....and the setting was amazing. The open-air restaurant, with the community pool in front and situated right on a gorgeous beach, really helped seal the deal. Since then, I've had many (if not most) things on the menu. All are quite good - some are great - and there is something to suit most any taste or budget. If you want a tasty sandwich or a more sophisticated meal, The Cove has it. - Whether by car or boat, come and enjoy this gem....just part of what Palmetto Bay has to offer.nn12/4/23 Edit: Another great meal at The Cove today. Had the Tzatziki Chicken Burger (quality ground chicken & veggie burger patty, served with lettuce, tomato, and tzatziki sauce).....flavorful and delicious, with a side of perfectly cooked fries. And the service from Fabricio was great! All in a beautiful beachside setting at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for?

The Mamacita Spicy Chicken is a great dish. I loved it. I left my identity card at the restaurant and the team had it until I returned to the place. The service was great and they have bug spray in case you need some (probably you'll need it). It's a place I always visit whenever I'm on the island ️

The location is everything. I can't comment on the food as I seldom buy but it's just a wonderful place to enjoy a beer listen to some music and relax. Warning! The sand fleas here are vicious.

I can be bious for this place since I own part of heaven with an estate at Palmetto Bey, but the truth is I bought carefully and it was the dream I had for 25 years that came true, the Cove is part of Palmetto amenities and the food is just fine, and I never get tired of hangout there with my family.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at The Cove. The atmosphere is perfect with beautiful outdoor dining, an amazing view of the ocean, and a great sunset. The service was great, and they handily managed our party of ten with ease. The food was excellent. We would go back for sure.
