Quiet place with open kitchen, excellent quality of food, in my opinion they should be a little tastier, sufficient service
I feel a little sorry for posting something negative about an independent business, especially a vegan one, but I have to say that while the food is inedible, it's not that great.nnThe seitan popcorn was fried to hell with no flavor, only a side of mustard that didn't go well with it. The burger croquette was so salty it was inedible on a bun that tasted like it came out of a bag. The fries were like overcooked old potatoes, and the sauces didn't help much.nnI left here feeling absolutely heavy and sick for about 36 hours. The presentations were nice, and they seem to be trying. I just hope they can update the recipes and maybe the quality of the food they use.

Seitan Urban Bistro offers a quality experience.nThe staff is very receptive and friendly. The place is glamorous and the food delicious.nI had the chance to try the traditional ceviche as entry and a sauteed rice with tofu as a main. Both delicious!nThe desert, a refreshing maracumango cheesecake.nnGood job to the whole Bistro team!

Some of the best vegan food I had in Lima. The seitan in the Lomo Saltado was so good! Torta de chocolate was devine excellent service, very kind and attentive waiter. Thank you so much!
The restaurant is very quiet and perfect for a relaxed meal. They have both outdoor and indoor seating, making it ideal for any weather. The attention was friendly and the service was fast. We ordered a causa acevichada, a chocolate cake and BBQ wings. The wings, although they were cauliflower and not mushroom as I expected, were delicious.
We had some delicious vegan food here. We tried a few items, including the Popcorn Seitan, Chifas, and Chickpea Burger. Everything was delicious.
This place is a real gem! The food is outstanding, and priced affordably. Plus, they have some insane desserts -you have to try the Santily cake and chocolate lava cake!nnBut, what really made this place our favourite was the incredible service. Sebastian our mesero, made each experience better than the last. Him, his sister and the whole team are nothing but smiles and welcoming. Thank you so much chicos for your wonderful restaurant and impeccable service. You will be our first stop when we return!!

Its great to see another fully vegan restaurant in lima.nnWe ordered a take away burger and the popcorn seitan, they would have been better if we had eaten in.nnWe also got the carrot cake/tart, which was most definitely a chocolate cake, which was lovely.nnThe carrot cake description sounded great, but unfortunately didn't live up to the hype, was too cold from the fridge, and a little hard, not moist.
The people here is so welcoming and the food was great. I had the Peruvian classic. Idk what it is. They even gave me free cake when i left. Thank you so much!

YOU HAVE TO GET THE CAULIFLOWER WINGS! it was both our favourite, so good! So special, best we've had. Many seats available. The waiter was really nice, spoke english fluently. Also the Coca & Muna Kombucha was really good!

The atmosphere was a bit bland, the dishes a bit oversalted for my taste, and the service was good. Prices were in line with those found in vegan restaurants.

We thought the food at Seitan was great. Lots of plant based versions of Peruvian staples including lomo saltado and ceviche (both were very tasty). Full bar, large space that was mostly empty when we came for dinner. We ordered a ceviche, lomo saltado, and the KFC. Next time would skip the KFC (it was just OK), but the other two dishes were excellent. While the food was tasty, the service was lacking (especially for the price). The waiter spent most of the time on her phone and every time we needed something we had to call out to flag her down.
We really enjoyed the food here. Popcorn seitan was delicious as where the mains we ordered. Great service by a waiter who could speak excellent English. Big portions. Would definitely recommend
My comment is that they improve the quality of the food; it's dropped quite a bit. The sweet potato was brought to me in vinegar, and the ceviche was super salty. But the young man who served me was so kind he seemed like the owner . He replaced my plate and gave me some Christmas cookies.nThe place is not attractive. The prices are not in line with the location. I hope they improve so they can stay in business.
I really liked the sirloin steak made with seitan, and the ice cream cookie was great too.nThe place needs renovation, it's a bit run down, but I would go back to try the sirloin steak again; their seitan is incredible.

Bad atmosphere, the place looks like it had better daysnMy wife ordered a dish, after almost 20 minutes another dish arrived, so we had to wait longer. My plate had already arrived.nWhen the plate arrives, we see that there was a hair in the rice.nThey gave him dessert as compensation. The food was bland, nothing very special.nFrom the table next to me I heard that they also had a problem, and the place had 3 tables occupied... I don't want to think what it's like when it's full.nnOverrated, there is a lot to improve.

Rice was undercooked, soggy tomatoes, and only onion peels.nnServer quickly took my feedback, I only paid for juice, left 2 soles as tip and left.nServer gave me a brownie for free before I left. Nice service, poor food.nJuice costs 18 soles with two fruits.nDish costs 40 soles.
