The home delivery service is not good, they take a long time and apparently they do not take into account the complaints made for this reason. It is important that the owner of the place knows this, because it seems that the complaints do not reach him (her). In my case several times (3 out of 7) they have been late with the delivery (I note that the delivery is very very decent), today it took two hours to arrive, having placed the order at 11:30 am they arrived at 1:55 pm; The worst thing is that they invoiced incorrectly and the delivery service gave me a lower value (the invoice) than what they had confirmed to me via WhatsApp. Clearly I am willing to pay the difference, no problem, but when I complained about the delay, it seemed that they cared more about the difference of $7,000 than the late arrival :(. I hope Cardamomo can improve their delivery service, because the food is very good!
