I think it's changed owners or managers... before there were other menus, and the portion or dish was more generous, now it's very small and therefore expensive for the amount... the food is delicious, but nothing that would make me say I would return.

Terrible experience at Raíces.nI ordered a pork knuckle and, to my surprise, it arrived practically frozen in the center. It was obviously precooked and poorly reheated; it looked like it had just been taken out of the freezer. The pig was literally still crying.nnFurthermore, the payment system is chaotic. They don't have a payment terminal; they offer options like Nequi, but the signal is so poor in that area that they don't work. In the end, we had to find an ATM to pay in cash. In short: poor service, poorly handled food, and high prices for the inconvenience they cause. I do not recommend it.

The door to the men's bathroom is damaged, it doesn't close and there is no way to dry your hands, there should be disposable towels. Good food, a little delayed.

An order was placed for 5 dishes and after 1 hour only 2 were served; After 75 minutes the remaining 3 never arrived. No waiter was attentive to give explanations or make the wait more bearable.
