It was my first time visiting this place, and I had a great experience. I found the food delicious, the place is divine, and has plenty of seating areas with different types of chairs. The music was also great, and there are lots of plants, which makes the space feel very magical. ✨ I will definitely be back.
A very nice, modern, and cozy place.nThe breakfasts we ordered were delicious, and they let me swap my Americano for an infusion (which was perfect so I wouldn't get fed up with the food). The price seems perfect for what they offer: excellent presentation, excellent quality, and excellent flavor.nThe waitresses and cooks' presentation is impeccable (I say this because I've seen complaints about it) and their attitude is very pleasant.nI'll definitely come back
Excellent vegan restaurant (with vegetarian options). The food is delicious, one of the best vegan restaurants in Bogotá. The atmosphere is very pleasant, with varied music, and very nice decor and ambiance. The price of the dish is excessive, considering its location. We usually come here to have a drink or eat and normally we have always done well, however today we were a group of 9 people who were going to have a coffee, juices and some cakes at the beginning, as always, good but when we asked for more coffees they did not want to serve us anymore and the waitresses could not give a clear explanation indicating that they did not know what was going on in the kitchen, the truth is that we had a very bad impression today and nobody gave any explanation as to what happened.
Good afternoon.nToday, Sunday, we were at Pura Vida, a place I often go to because I think it's an excellent option for spending the afternoon and enjoying a good cup of coffee in Cedritos. Every time I've been there, the service has been extraordinary: the men and women who work there have always been very kind and attentive.nnHowever, today, unfortunately, I felt the service wasn't the same. Especially from the two women who served us. At first, everything was fine, but then we didn't understand why they stopped serving us and refused to serve us our last coffees. The answers they gave us didn't make much sense, especially since we noticed coffees were being served to other tables.nnWe got the impression they didn't want to serve us anymore, perhaps because we were only having coffee. We don't know what exactly happened, and we hope it was just a misunderstanding, since I really like going to the café and have always recommended it. I hope to give it a 5 star rating next time.

What a poor welcome we received. The waitresses are very pretentious, with delusions of grandeur and superiority. They endure a tedious existence, even explaining the menu. They can't assume every customer knows it. If they don't enjoy serving customers and answering questions, they shouldn't work there; it definitely reflects poorly on the business.

I already knew Pura Vida because of its headquarters near Parque de la 93, so this time I decided to try their breakfast options at this location to see how the experience was. Overall, although the place has a nice atmosphere, I was a little dissatisfied with the value for money.nnI found the prices quite high for what they offer. I ordered a bagel and while the flavor was fine, the texture felt a little dry, which made it less enjoyable. On the other hand, my boyfriend ordered a dish with tofu and the portion was quite small compared to the cost, which left us with the feeling that it was not entirely worth it.nnDespite these details, the service was fine and the atmosphere is still cozy, but I think there are better value breakfast options in the city. It's not a place I would return to often, but I might give it another try next time.

It's a good place to share with other people, with a good selection of food and drinks. The decor and atmosphere are pleasant, although the lighting and the comfort of the chairs could be improved. It is important to note that they charge extra for everything, even sauces and lemon. While it is not a big problem, it would be appropriate to inform it beforehand.

The place is beautiful and with a very pleasant decoration, there we had a watermelon lemonade that was extremely sour and a breakfast bagel that, although delicious, did not have ham (vegan). The mushroom gyozas and the Waikiki burger were delicious. We appreciate the bar staff taking an urgent course in good manufacturing practices, the person who prepared the cocktails ate while preparing the dishes, did not have a mask or cap and licked his fingers several times after preparing the drinks and at no time he washed them

I’m conflicted about this place. I was excited to see it reopened since I really like their cafe Puro Zumo, which is down the street. I want to give it a good review because I like the vegetarian concept and the interior design. However, there are definetly a few things that could be better - at least regarding dinner.nnThey have a variety of dishes and cuisines on the menu, ranging from burgers and pizza to sushi and fusion food. What was a bit confusing is that only some dishes on the menu had names like “vegan burger” but when we asked about the cheese and protein in other dishes, we were told that it is vegan. But then we weren’t sure since only some dishes were named vegan and sometimes things were called “vegan chorizo” and other times it was just the name of a meat. It wasn’t a big deal but just a bit confusing.nnEither way, we did have high expectations for the food since everything else seemed very nice and the place is focused on plant based foods. We were all a bit disappointed by our dishes though. The cheese on the pizza was very liquidy, the burger was mediocre and the sushi was ok. We all had expected a bit better. On the plus side, I did really like the Tinto de verano made with fresh orange juice and a very generous size.nnDespite being a little underwhelmed by the food, I would want to go back and try their breakfast. They have a great selection and if they’re anything like Puro Zumo, I’m sure it is great! So, a generous 4/5 for now and maybe a new update once I’ve tried breakfast. ☺️
I went there yesterday, and honestly, I was expecting more. From the moment we arrived, waiting for service, they kept passing by, just looking at us without asking or offering anything. We asked for the menu, which was quite complicated, to be honest, and the portions were small for the prices. They either have a 100% vegan menu or a meat menu, but mixing tastes doesn't seem right to me.nAlso, it was incredibly noisy for such a small space. We left without saying anything; we didn't like it... and I don't think they even noticed. A block and a half away, we found a cheaper option that, oh, was super nutritious.
