We found Organika while walking around the historic center and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad we did. The atmosphere is cozy and beautiful with plants and soft lighting that make it feel calm and welcoming from the moment you walk in.nnI ordered the steak filet with mango sweet potatoes and it was incredible. The steak was tender and cooked perfectly and the sweet potatoes were probably my favorite part. They were sweet and caramelized with just a little tang from the mango. Every bite was full of flavor and tasted so fresh.nnFor dessert we tried the tiramisu which was really cool because it was green from arugula. I know that sounds strange but it actually worked. It was light and not too sweet with a really fresh flavor. We also had the carrot cake which was warm and moist with the best cream cheese frosting.nnThe service was friendly the portions were generous and you could tell everything was made with care. I would absolutely come back. If you’re in Cusco and want something delicious fresh and a little different this place is a must.
I have eaten here twice, and I highly recommend the trout with the sweet potato puree! And the quinoa risotto is quite good too. I have celiac disease, and the staff was very knowledgeable and attentive regarding allergies, Lis was great. I even got to eat their gf brownie for dessert.nMy mom ate the prawn salad and said it was incredible, though it looked like it had noodles in it, so not gf. My dad said the curry was good, though not as flavorful as other curries he’s eaten. A good gentle option.nFor the water snobs out there, they have great water :)

Came for the concept to treat myself. Nice little yard. Dishes were okay, no flavour twists or surprises. No lunch menu. The bread tasted like it was from the previous day, the Ossobuco was fine, but it would help to heat the plate in winter, so the guest doesn't eat cold bone marrow and meat after 2 minutes. Basic oversights. Would like to visit the farm one day.
We had an absolutely delicious lunch - the salads were so fresh and flavoursome, and the courtyard is very peaceful. Our server, Whitney, was really kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend!
