I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant so I returned a second time in 2 days. They have a good variety of options to create your custom bowls. I'm not a vegetarian but I could eat here many days, good grains, vegetable proteins and toppings. Surprising and delicious the soy ceviche, as well as the musli (dessert).nThe service was super helpful, clear and friendly for new people like me who were exploring possibilities.nThe outdoor space with the bougainvillea tree and the music is an excellent complement to a good lunch.

By far, one of the best vegan options in northern Bogotá. Don't hesitate to come here. The prices are in line with the quality and portion sizes. The buffet lunch is abundant, varied, and generous! I'm always very happy at Nuve. I always want to come back.

The restaurant is a different proposal, vegan food, you can see that it is prepared with care and I think it is attended by the owners themselves. There is environmental awareness since they do not use disposables, the service can sometimes be a bit complicated but in general it is quite good.

It is a self-service vegan restaurant, with delicious food, they sell 8-course bowls and with extremely fair prices, the atmosphere of the place is very pleasant, with an excellent musical list, the accompaniment and step-by-step explanations of the people who serve seemed extremely professional to me, I recommend this place to go with friends and family.
