Good wholesome food at reasonable prices.
Very healthy, good, and homemade food that comes with a great presentation. Nice staff and a laid back place
Very good portion sizes. I got a burrito that was huge and had sauce on the size. The flavor was ok, I wish it had a little more filings though. It was not busy when I came but the staff were going a little slowly to help me. I appreciate and respect a restaurant that makes their food from scratch and love, I have no problem waiting.
We arrived about an hour till close, the restaurant was still full and the lady welcomed us right in. There are plenty of things to choose from on the menu. We had the tempeh plate, tempeh burrito and some kimchi. The kimchi was just pickled veg not like Asian kimchi. The prices are decent here and the service is good, I would definitely come back
I wasn't very much impressed with the atmosphere the food was pretty much nothing to write about. I had a very dry chicken sandwich. My friend had a salad which she didn't like very much. However the service was good.
Very delicious hummus burrito and natural carrot juice, good atmosphere. The miso soup very simple, little flavor. Takeaway chai latte charges per container
Good food! Falefel wrap and chicken wrap good!
One of my favorite spots in San Marcos! Best chai in San Marcos! Yummy food and great chill vibes
The falafel sandwich here is really great
Superb place to grab a bite to eat :) everything is homemade!
Loved it. So much food. Quick service. Recommend. Loved the food and juices.
Good old Place which exists since a long time.nReally tasty food and chilled place!
Best place to eat & relax in San Marcos! Amazing local & self made food at super fair prices
The cacao was nice, the food was not. Everything was put on a tray, stuck in a microwave and served up. Low Effort, poor taste. I ordered chicken enchiladas but it was basically just melted cheese. Many other delicious places to eat and spend your money.
Food was okay, a bit heavier than other food we’ve had on the rest of the San Marcos. We all felt a bit bloated/full afterwards. In our group of 4, one person became ill a couple hours after eating here so we suspect some sort of food poisoning but can’t say for certain.
Very cute little local restaurant.nFood was tasty and reasonably priced.nBetter than the fancy and overpriced restaurants on the main street of San Marcos
Got the falafel burrito. It was hard to eat as it wouldn’t stay together. The ambience was cute though. A lot of nice decorations.
Hands down such good flavor for the price. It’s a decent price and they never disappoint. I usually get a mango juice and it’s so soft and not too thick, I’ve gotten a falafel wrap, amazing. I just had the baked enchiladas soooo good 8) nom nom
Not exaggerating when I say that I waited TWO HOURS for a miso soup and a $8 burrito that was 99% rice, with two small strips of pork at the bottom. I’m very confused on how in the world this could have taken 2 hours—the restaurant was not busy, and the two other patrons also seemed like they’d been waiting a while. Very disappointing to wait two hours for rice.
It was my place „to go back to”. My favorite burrito in Guatemala, as well as the prices are very reasonable.
The food is very delicious
The food here was just ok. Unfortunately there are so many wild dogs that hang out in the restaurant that it smells quite bad (even though it's outdoor!). Also so many flies and wasps that's it's not possible to just enjoy your food. There's also a surcharge of Q5 if you eat alone. I ordered the tofu scramble (see photo) and there was nothing scrambled about it. It was more like a stir fry. Also had the falafel sandwich which was ok. I would say to avoid eating here unless it's totally necessary.
We ate here. Food was okay, lots of flies.
Tasty food and vegetarian/vegan options. Relaxing vibes, reasonable prices.
Great location. Delicious tempeh sandwich. The only thing I didn't like was the compulsory service charge. It was a surprise at the end when I went to pay. I didn't know about it. It wasn't a nice feeling. Transparency is key.
Nice place with homemade quesadillas that I loved... Host wad very kind and even recommended places to visit.
Great licuado ! And sandwich! Service was great I just think the place needs a bit more of love.
I ordered a vegetarian burrito. On the menu it says to ask for corn tortillas as a gf option. So I did and the lady repeated back to me that I she heard I had gotten corn tortillas. Then there's an option to choose crema or avocado. I'm vegan so I asked for avacodo and non crema. She said she understood but I didn't believe she did so I used Google translate to tell her in Spanish no crema. She again repeated it back to me saying she understood. My burrito comes out and it's in a wheat tortilla with crema.nShe replaced the wheat with corn which was chill but the crema was at the bottom of the fillings in a light layer so I didn't notice it until I had already eaten two tacos. Waste of money
First let me start by saying that we are not vegan. But then again, we been to vegan restaurants that have been good to us. We went for breakfast and ordered whole wheat pancakes and French toast and all we got was a load of whole wheat hard bread. The pancakes did not taste like anything and mixed with the honey (not syrup) just gave it a horrible mix. We also ordered French toast which were even worst. I can’t comment on the other foods and they are probably good looking at the ratings but all I can tell you is that the pancakes and French toast are not worth it. Also the prices are not that cheap and this was one of the most expensive places we ate in our trip to Guatemala. I can’t believe I spent all that money on whole wheat bread :( . We took 3/4 to go hoping it will be good maybe later on the day at home but ended in the trash.
I went there so often (mostly for breakfast) becausen- you’re a little off-road, meaning out of the city center hypen- it’s so beautiful and comfortable to find your spot between some naturen- I enjoy having MY space to just do video calls, write my diary,…n- food prices are so fair for the portion you get!!!!!!
(Written by my 10-year old son)nnIt was a nice place to eat breakfast. I ordered the french toast and it was bland. It needed more flavor. Throughout the entire meal, flies were buzzing around constantly. Every five seconds, we had to wave our hands around so that they wouldn’t eat our food. After we ate, we had to clear our own table which was weird. It was extremely cheap though.
Incredibly delicious burritos and smoothies. It's very cozy there and the prices are cheap.
Came here based on the reviews saying the burger was really good. Was told they didn’t have any so I decided on the nachos and a lemonade. The woman told me it was 61 Q so I gave her 100 Q. She then gave me 5A and told me told me I needed to give her more money because I was 20 Q short. I was confused so I man in the restaurant working the grill came over to help. She said she would check her till and see if she made a mistake. I was very hungry and wasn’t in the mood because I knew I had given her the100Q. I decided maybe this was a sign that the restaurant needed it more and just told her to keep whatever I gave her. Wouldn’t recommend going here.
They don't have water and it is quite expensive.nThey even charge you extra to bring you food.
Great vibe and such good food. Hearty vegan tofu scramble left me feeling muy excelente. Very generous portion and lovely staff
Great restaurant! The quality of the food is excellent, and it's offered at a very good price-performance ratio.nIt took a while for the food to be served, but that didn't bother us at all. It was extremely delicious. (:nWe'll be back anytime.
Can't recommend this place enough. Food is delicious, cost is low and the portions are fantastic.nThe salsa they serve with the meals is amazing.nMake the effort and walk 100 metres off hippy highway and come here for your meal instead.nOnly minor thing to note is the food is all cooked from scratch so can take a little time to receive your meal. But it is worth the wait.
