It was about an hr before closing & place was empty except us. We had sush, and it was good. Service was good as well.

This place is beautiful and among the few restaurants to accept credit card (Visa and Mastercard).nnI was really hoping this place had more raw or simple preparations of local fish. I think they had a kingfish option in a roll and maybe a few others, but all of that seemed to be tempurad. This place also seemed quite pricey. The selection and the price were comparable to what I have at any basic sushi/panasian shop back home. My tuna and salmon dishes were both very fresh.nnThis is still a nice place if you are in the mood for sushi, but maybe not ideal if you are looking for fresh local fish or if you’re on a strict budget. If I had managed to get a match on the island, this would seem like one of the better date night options.
We went there based on recommendations for great sushi. Well, atmosphere was very nice and staff excellent. We ordered the pork soup & noodles which was good and large. Ordered 2 rolls, The Rainbow and a tempura roll. When it came, they brought three very small pieces of Ginger (which turned out to be a beet soaked in Ginger) and were surprised when I asked for more. The wasabi was the size of a small pea and had no flavor at all. The soy sauce just didn’t add flavor like usual so I tasted it and it was watered down and had very little salt flavor and ran off my finger, not like soy sauce. It might have been good food once, but cutting too many corners. Can’t recommend as we like our sushi and this missed the mark.
The food is quite good, especially as it is one of the only asian food places on the island. I had the chicken fried rice and it was alright
I tried the pad thai, it was terribly bad, don't order it. The waitress asked me if they were the new flavors that she didn't like, and my response was that I've tried many and this is the worst of the worst. I asked for the bill and they didn't charge me, without saying anything, they just didn't charge me, but don't order it.
Super cool space, friendly staff, nice sushi!
All was good, I felt it was a bit on the expensive side. If you want sushi on Utila there aren't many options so either make your own or spend some money. The atmosphere is really good and the service was really good. Would come back again when I have guests visiting the island that want to try it.

Food was ok, for the price it was not really the best. The place is nice over the beach with some nice lighting. The service tho was horrible. It took over an hour and 15 minutes for us to get our food, it wasnt even full to justify it. Just an overall bad experience after all the good reviews it was really just some okay food thats overpriced with some very but very slow service. I would recommend you to save your money because this place is not worth it.
A very good option being in Utila if you are craving for Asian food, including gyozas, sushi and ramen. The drinks are also good, but very small for the price. The restaurant has a great ocean view at night of the bay and the service is excellent!
The service was good and the view amazing. We ordered several Invasor Rolls, and a person in our party got food poisoning. The other sushi rolls, where not tasty and they all taste the same.
Mister Buddha is always fantastic! Great food, great service and great atmosphere. Viviana always takes such great care of us and is one of the many reasons we always come back! The orange chicken is sooo good!

It's an incredible place, the food is delicious, Viviana served us and her attention was excellent, super friendly, you can go with your friends to eat delicious food and have a fabulous view next to the sea.
Enjoyed my time tremendously at Mister Buddha's (Utila). Outstanding food with a variety of excellent choices, such as: Pad Thai, Orange Chicken, Invasive Roll (lionfish), Pork Ramen Soup, and more. What's top notch about the visit was the service. Viviana provided excellent service with a great smile and just the right amount of focus. Thank you for the excellent experience. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Utila, Honduras.

My favorite place in Utila and the view is spectacular. My favorite dish is Krispy Shrimpy. I would like them to open more days, it is a must on the island!
