The experience I had in this place was very nice, from explaining the dishes, what everything is made of and how delicious the food was! For those who are vegetarians it is a very good place! Recommendation: Reserve first.

I'm disappointed with this restaurant. They've lost their quality. The atmosphere wasn't what I expected.nI visited Masala two years ago and loved it. However, now that I've returned, it's nothing like what they offered the first time I visited Masala. We went for lunch, and they didn't have many of the ingredients needed to prepare the dishes. The restaurant was very dirty, the decor was shabby, and the lighting was poor. The quality of the food wasn't what I expected. We paid quite a bit of money for two very poorly prepared dishes.nI don't recommend this place.

They open at 11:00 AM, but the waiter arrived at 11:09 AM and said she had overslept. We waited and went in around 11:30 AM. When we walked in, it was empty. We sat down, and the same girl told us she didn't have any drinks, but they did have some. The night before, it had been packed, and they didn't have much left. We decided to buy drinks since we wanted to try Indian food. We asked for a starter of samosas, which she said was fine. But after about 5 minutes, she told us she didn't have any potatoes, so if we wanted lentils, well... we agreed again. At this point, we told her we were ready to order our main course and asked if there was a problem with the food. She said everything was fine, but as we were about to finish our appetizers, she said she didn't have lamb for one of our dishes and asked us to excuse ourselves (again). At this point, we decided she'd just give us the bill because she had almost no food, and ordering something incomplete or something that deviates from the original recipe in a specialty restaurant doesn't make sense, right?nThe table we sat at was dirty (as if it hadn't been cleaned the day before). She wiped it down and everything was fine. During our stay, we were bitten by mosquitoes (there were clouds of them), so my husband said she'd go get repellent from the car. The girl told us she had some and offered us some, which we applied.nOverall, I think our experience was bad; I don't think we'll return. Especially because our visit was on December 30th, when all the retail stores (especially food stores) are preparing for peak season.

The place is very nice, the staff is very friendly, but unfortunately they didn't have many dishes available.
