Don’t recommend at all. I honestly have no idea why this place is rated highly. This was my second visit with the hopes it would be better than the first. The soy bistec and campechano taste like soy but not flavored. I couldn’t even eat it. The tortilla was half warm half cold! Seating is on a busy street & not cute. Only two drink options.
Don’t be fooled by how it looks - La Vegan Taqueria is amazing! Great food, really friendly staff and a great place to eat in Tulum. So good we went twice and made even better after a bad experience at other restaurants in Tulum.nnThe food takes a little bit of time to arrive - which is good as it shows that everything is made fresh.nnTry the Vegan Chilaquiles, they’ll change your life!
The food here was SO good! We had the burrito vegano, guacamole and the frijoles charros. The service was amazing and the menu was very varied, highly recommend
My biggest regret of our Tulum trip was waiting until our final night to check this place out. I can promise you I would have eaten here every day if that hadn’t been the case. Vegan options that would put any LA restaurant to shame. Very good prices. Exceptional service. Going to be my first stop when I return to Tulum!

This is a great find. Came here twice in a 4 day vacation. I tried their campechano, mole cauliflower and rajas poblanas and loved them all. Its not a fancy place but appreciate how clean it was and how sweet the staff is. If you’re vegan/vegetarian do recommend you try this place! I wish I took pictures but I was hungry so scarfed everything down.
I will come here any chance I can when I go to Tulum. Food is fantastic whether you dine in or takeout! Moy is an amazing host with super helpful suggestions.

MUST TRY! All vegan, and SO authentic! Everything made from scratch, and at a great price. Vegan breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will not regret! We come here multiple times every time we visit and I’m not vegan. LOVE THIS PLACE!
Amazing. My husband and I shared 6 different tacos and had one drink for $295MX and each taco was fantastic. Best vegan tacos I’ve had after travelling for 3 months, and my husband (who eats meat) also loved the different filling. Would recommend 100%!
The best tacos I had in Tulum! I will be dreaming of them until I can return someday. The guacamole was delicious too! Make sure to ask for some of their habanero sauce, it’s out of this world.

Queso & Tacos are amazing!! Larger tacos than most other vegan tacos in town with a healthy portion of protein. This place may not be fancy but the food is full of flavour and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

This place was incredible. The person cooking and serving us was a dream. All the food was delicious!
Wanted to check it out given the really good reviews but I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. Ordered 5 different tacos and we could not eat them as they were very stale and not tasty at all. After telling them about the food they simply said that’s how they are meant to be and they continued to charge us, with tip included.

Vegan tacos here were so delicious! The cook was making the tortillas hand made and the taco ingredients were authentic to the region here. I personally would recommend the tacos that don’t have soy products. I also liked the bottle tea they offered.nnPrices were reasonable. I would highly recommend this place!
Wow, if you're looking for creative and flavorful tacos in Tulum, I highly recommend this spot! The made-to-order tortillas were so fresh and the array of vegan fillings went far beyond the options at most other restaurants. We went here as a mix of vegans and omnivores and everyone found a delightful meal. At 40 pesos for a large taco, it also made for a great value with quality right up there with much fancier places but at a fraction of the cost. One of our favorite taco places in the world!
