It was the only completely vegan restaurant that was open during our trip to Cabo San Lucas, so we had the opportunity to eat here twice in a row.nMy family and I tried several tacos, pizzas, nachos, and baked potatoes. We also ordered the vanilla cake I think.nEverything is prepared there and in a short time, it is very good to know, the pizzas are a little different than what I was used to but they are still delicious.nnThe things I would improve would be:n-Add drinks with sugar, I know that sugar is not good, but there are many people who are not used to drinking flavored waters or unsweetened teas, so it would be good to have that option.n-Accept card payments, I know it is difficult to go formal, but sometimes it is difficult to have cash and I think it would help them a lot and expand their number of clients.nnIn general the place is very good, casual and pleasant, the service is also very good.nnI think they have burgers on Fridays.
Amazing vegan tacos and pizza
The energy of this restaurant much like the values behind it is so peaceful. We tasted the love that Rana had put into creating this all vegan/plant based menu.nHighly recommend the plato parilla, la Mexicana calzone and baked potatoes with chorizo!
Great spot with excellent vegan food! I don’t remember our servers name but he is at a local university for gastronomy. He was the best! Such a cool guy. The nachos, tacos, potatoes and pizza were delicious. Can’t wait to go back!
We had such an incredible dinner here! I wish we’d gotten our server’s name — he was so sweet and we had a great chat with him. The food was amazing and so reasonably priced. We ordered way too much food because we couldn’t decide what to try, and each item was delicious! Super mellow artsy vibe in the backyard, too! Can’t wait to come back here.
We visited La Rana while on a week long vacation in Cabo. While the restaurant is a little away from the Mariana, it was well worth the walk.nnWe tried a sampling of the tacos they had as well as the potato quesadillas. So yummy! Definitely will be back when we come to Cabo again
It's fresh, it's delicious and it's hearty. I discovered hibiscus and it was really good. The staff is adorable and the manager who explains the history of the place to you is passionate and fascinating. There are lots of different choices. We had a bowl and a burrito.
The best food I have eaten in Cabo. The tacos were phenomenal, and we couldn’t get enough of the homemade sauces. Anyone who eats here will leave with a happy belly :) The owner is so friendly and we felt at home here. Thank you so much ❤️❤️ I promise to visit next time I can!

This is hands down the best place for vegetarian food in Cabo. This place is completely vegan, and the food was just outstanding. We had the pesto pasta and the veggie tacos and those were one of the best meals I’ve eaten. The restaurant is small and cute and the service is also impeccable. Highly recommended for people who are vegetarian or just wanna try something different!

Rana Vegana is our #1 vegan spot to visit when in Cabo San Lucas. It's always clean and beautiful inside. I don't know the woman's name, but she is so friendly. The food is SO good. Everything is good, but we crave the tacos and frijoles de olla. This spot is worth multiple visits.

This is one of thee coolest restaurants restaurant in cabo even if you’re not vegan the food is delicious and fulfilling . The offerings are delicious and varied the atmosphere is great if you get lucky you’ll have nice live music plus the owners are super nice and the pottery and arts studio on the top floor is a great choice if you’re looking to get your creativity free
My wife and I have been visiting Rana for years, and every time we come back to Cabo San Lucas, we always stop in for dinner. (Usually multiple times) Whether you get your food to go or sit in the very cozy restaurant, the food never disappoints. Ever since the first time we tried the tacos, my wife always gets the chorizo, and I can never get enough of the pastor. Though these are our favorites, the asada tacos are amazing as well whenever I feel like changing it up.nnAs for the rest of the menu, the Queso Fundido topped with chorizo, is our go to every time. The Plato Parrilla is a fantastic way to start off and try a little bit of eveything if you haven't been there. The pizzas and calzones are phenomenal, we love the Romero and the Margherita. And make sure to ask about desserts, because when they have them, they are the perfect finish to an amazing meal.nnAs one of the few fully vegan restaurants in Cabo, making everything from scratch, we always look forward to eating here, and highly recommend this to everyone, vegans and non-vegans.

FIVE STARS! I can say with no hesitation that this is some of the best vegan food I have ever had, and I've been vegan for 10 years. I went with my friend who loves red meat, and she agreed that these were some of the best tacos she had ever eaten. The ambiance was intimate, quaint, and very inviting. I felt like I was having dinner at a friends house. I will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Cabo. Note that they are CASH ONLY, and they do accept USD.

I have to say first and foremost that I am not vegan. Not even vegetarian. But despite that I found everything I ate here delicious. The soy chorizo was especially good. My wife had it on her baked potato and we also had it on a pizza we shared. Which, by the way, made me not even miss real mozzarella. I really loved my pesto pasta, also. The atmosphere was really quaint where we sat in the back and the service was as good as the food. This is a great place if you have a mix of vegans and vegetarians in your group like we did because even the meat eaters will be satisfied. I know I was.
We’ve noticed there aren’t a lot of vegan options in Mexico so we were excited to find a full blown vegan restaurant not far from our resort. The food was absolutely amazing and we plan to go back again before we head home to end our trip on a high note of delicious food.

Truly one of the best vegan restaurants I’ve been too. The owner and her family are so kind, sweet, and hardworking. They really took care of us. We ate here multiple times during our trip, cause the food was that good. So flavorful and delicious, and the ambiance is so cozy and inviting. I feel so lucky to have experienced La Rana, definitely check them out!
This is authentico. What a nice place to have dinner. An independently run restraunt, as far as the food it was very very good. The restaurant is 100% vegan, my wife is vegetarian and I was along for the dinner, what a dinner it was. If your a tourist down here, don't be afraid to go off the beaten path, the residents in an average neighborhood, the food was above average as well as was the service and atmosphere. If you like good tasting food, you can't go wrong.

The absolute best vegan queso and chorizo I’ve ever had! I tried one of each taco and the chorizo and beef were my favorites.
