The atmosphere was more or less good, the background music was good, there were many pseudo otakus who only came to take photos, and also normal people, there weren't many queues or long waits,
The food is excellent, but unfortunately, you may have to wait more than 45 minutes to eat. There are many people waiting in line and little space for diners.
The ramen is very delicious.
Great Ramen! Loved this place
Quite rich, a good option even if you eat meat.
Super excited to go eat ramen. Delicious
The place has a nice atmosphere. The attention of the host José was 5 stars. Very good organization.
We had some amazing vegan Ramen and THE BEST vegan Gyozas. The staff is super friendly and we absolutely enjoyed sitting at the bar and being able to watch them create delicious meals.
The worths ramen I have eaten in my life. Flavorless broth with horrible noddles. We got the shoyu and curry ramen which tasted like nothing. The only thing in the place with flavor is the gyoza. Overall, service and ambient was 5/5
Disappointed. First off, we could've chosen from thousands of restaurants and we decided to give Kombu a try. When we arrived, the host (who has blacked out tattoos on his left arm, so you know who I'm speaking about) didn't acknowledge us, didn't greet us, and we were the only ones waiting. He was arguing with someone, so we waited, just standing there for 10 mins. Finally, I politely tapped him on the arm and he turns to me and tells me to wait. Awesome. I was just going to ask to use the restroom while we wait. But instead of asking what I needed, he was hella rude and disregarded me immediately so he could continue arguing. Now to the food, just ok for me. This was my first Ramen experience but my husband is an advid fan and even he agreed it wasn't worth the price. Didn't taste fresh, very minimum ingredients, and I was expecting more flavor. I wanted to be blown away or at least had a good experience, but none of those things happened. The people who served us were great, attentive and professional. Ambiance is nice. Restrooms are beautiful. But will we be back? Nope.
Excellent food and delicious ramen
Honestly from the reviews I was expecting so much more. The broth was really bland, as was the pork. The portion was also on the small side, probably one of the smallest portions of ramen I’ve had, and at quite a high price. The service was good, nice open kitchen and food arrived fast.
We went yesterday to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, it turns out that they don't do anything, not even a birthday candle, nothing. To top it off, the waitress “Melany” gave us terrible service, we had to keep calling her to serve us, her attitude was heavy and she had poor attention. The service was quite unpleasant, the food was very good but we will doubtfully return. I was very disappointed with the atmosphere of the place and the service of the waitress.
Really solid ramen. Friendly staff and overall good experience!
Small menu with nice range of choices, good service. Hot, uncomfortable and loud atmosphere in the new location and too many tables with their kids watching loud video games so that you can’t hear your own conversation at your own table. Rules about that would be ideal or separating people without manners into the back away from other diners. I would go back if I could get a quieter seat near the entrance.
I had shoyu ramen, it was good but having 'two peppers' for spice I expected a little more power. The service was good, staff friendly. The music maybe a tiny bit loud for me to eat, but it made Kombu team run smoothly.
Awsome ramen place, with one of the best ramen I had in some time.nTheir ginger lemonade was also very good. Staff is very friendly and attentive. They accept credit cards.nRamen + lemonade was 105QnNOTE: The Google Maps location was a bit off, and is the next building.
Very good service and very, very good food. recommended
An amazing place! All the staff is very attentive, the place is beautiful and the food is excellent
“Fast food” ramen service. They time your visit and communicate it amongst them while you are eating. They would go around and say things like: “30 min they just got their food” - “15 min table x is almost done”.nnThis system is a nod to the fast-food efficiency you might find in Japan, where timing and speed are essential. It’s definitely not a place for a long, leisurely meal, but if you’re in the mood for a quick ramen fix, it adds an interesting layer to the dining experience. The ramen itself was delicious, hot, flavorful, and satisfying, but the timing updates that you can also hear, might be something to keep in mind if you prefer a more relaxed vibe.nnOverall, a fun and efficient experience if you’re on the go, but not ideal if you’re looking for a slower, more laid-back meal.
The food tasted good. But it gave me and my friend the worst food poising I’ve ever had in my life. I was up for 12 hours with horrific cramps, and severe illness. 24 hours later I am still recovering. Be wary when ordering I would avoid the ramen.
Best ramen I have ever had!
Good ramen and nice staff. Service was quick and friendly. Ramen tasted good. VEGAN options available.
⚠️ be careful we had food poisoning
