Jia Xiang Tofu was a pleasant surprise on my visit to Guadalajara.n•The food is very delicious, all vegan with pasta, rice, tofu. The Jiao Bao and fried tofu are very good. The package costs $90 with rice, 2 stews and jiao bao, it is cheap, delicious and filling, unlike many vegan places that are small portions and expensive.n•The service is fast, although on one occasion I went on a Wednesday and apparently they don't open on Wednesdays, which the maps don't show.n•The atmosphere is pleasant, it is not a restaurant, it is a place in a pedestrian area but it is pleasant, with shade.nIn conclusion, I went twice and I liked it both times, I would definitely return, I highly recommend it.

It's a shame, because the concept is good and the Bao Zhi are very tasty, but everything else : the overcooked broccoli, the dry tofu (yes, I don't understand), the half-flavored rice, the tables covered with old, broken and dirty plastic and dirty soy and sweet and sour dispensers. The price is affordable, but it does not compensate for the defects, I hope they improve
I'm not even a vegan or vegetarian, but the food is so good that I go there anyway. As of August 2024, the combo is a $90 and include 2 entrees, rice or noodles, and a bao or roll. Such a great value. Highly recommend the bao and sweet and sour dish. Only critique is that the food was not hot, so they just need to fix their heating wells.
Does anyone know if they will continue with their service? Because I went recently and there was no notice of anything :( (it was closed and the name of a makeup brand)
Honestly, their food is not the tastiest. It's a small place, it's clean, but we were very uncomfortable because inside we could hear someone who was very sick with the flu. I think their food lacks seasoning and flavor. They gave me a burnt spring roll, which seems disrespectful and careless to their guests. I only came to get to know them, but now I know where I don't want to return.

The service is very friendly, the portions are very large and it is economical. The perfect place to go with someone or alone, the place is very quiet and you can enjoy a good atmosphere while you eat.
