We heard about this place from a friend who lives in Nica and it was amazing! We were staying at Hacienda Iguana and they made ordering through whatsapp so simple and delivered to is for a nominal fee. Incredibly fresh fish, loved all of it. We had spicy tuna roll, poke stack with salmon, and crispy shrimp stack. Good portions for the stacks and did not skimp on the amount of fish! Highly recommend!

A great date night! Seafood cakes were a fantastic appetizer, wahoo rock and roll was our favorite, chocolate cake was a great end. Claudia was a sweetheart and very attentive!

Great food and service. the fish tacos, tuna sashimi and Poke stack were yummy. And yes you want the fish tacos crispy! Chocolate cake was not too sweet and moist. Hats off to John, Alejandro and the crew- excelente

Today was the day we went for dinner.nI can not believe I need to travel to Nicaragua to have the best sushi ever in my life .nJeff and John told us the tuna was fresh from today, I never have eaten tuna this good and fresh.nWe could not stop ordering, everything was so delicious and fresh.nSo much care and love went into the food and you good taste it.nDon’t know even how to put it in writing, how amazing the food was.
The food was delicious, the fish was fresh and had an exceptional flavor, the service was very good and friendly! They took our order super fast. The place is very nice!
The sushi is made regularly with Fresh catches from the sea, and the presentation equally matches the flavor and freshness of each piece of Sushi. This is a must if visiting the Rivas, Tola area. Treat yo self!

Jasco’s is amazing! The food is absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is top notch, and the service is incredible. This is the second time I have been to Jasco’s now, and it is one of the best sushi restaurants I have been to, both in Nicaragua and elsewhere! Highly recommend the passion fruit mojito. It is SO good. A special shout out to one of the employees, Claudia, for being an exceptional waitress. She was extremely kind, and, as I am learning Spanish and she English, we were both able to practice our new languages. If I could leave more stars on this review, I absolutely would. Thank you!!

Beautiful location for a romantic sunset dinner. Perfect setting for enjoying a meal with family/friends. The servers are top notch - highly trained in creating a welcoming and inviting environment. We tried the calamari, dragon roll and crispy shrimp tacos. Next time we plan to save room for dessert!!
If you are craving FRESH seafood you must go here. Best ceviche I’ve had. The owner is an American fisherman and knows what he’s doing. The sushi was excellent as were the fish tacos (try fried- it’s so good). For me, the ceviche was amazing with a great happy hour discount.my partner said the fish tacos were the best he has had which says a lot. Great views, great service and great prices. Highly recommended.

There is no other sushi place you need to visit - this is the best spot! Everything we ordered was incredible and the staff was wonderful each and every time. Worth the drive from Popoyo and Playa Maderas for the best meal around.

Jascos Sushi was top-notch!! It was a wonderful way to end an epic day in Hacienda Iguana. All the rolls were large and fresh. I ordered 5 different rolls which were all great but the lobster roll was my favorite. Killer food and great vibes atmosphere. Just remember to bring a loved one or friend to enjoy the delicious food with. Oh yeah, I don’t drink but my woman said she loved the mojitos. Happy dining
