The rest of the family enjoyed a variety of traditional American dishes like pancakes and Nicaraguan dishes, including eggs, gallo pinto, and maduro. Every dish was delicious and authentically prepared, capturing the rich flavors of Nicaraguan cuisine. The gallo pinto, a staple in the country, was particularly flavorful and perfectly complemented by the sweet maduros.nnThe service at Imabite was outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Cheap and good! Buffet style lunch, we were coming here every day during our stay and everything we tried was delicious. You can also easily make it vegetarian.
Just now getting to the review, however I came across this place in February. It was excellent for a great price. Went back one more time before I came back to the U.S. Usually the best places to eat are not the expensive ones in the center of town!! Highly recommend chicken, vegetables and gallo pinto (Rice and Beans).
