They really could spice up the food a bit more. I've been eating there for years, and it's always the same menu that's boring. And the lady who delivers your food, like some, but not all, servers, has a very unfriendly attitude.nThe place is beautiful, the decor is lovely, but if the above two things don't improve, they'll lose customers.

The space is in keeping with the brand, it's eye-catching and comfortable, but at night it lacks lighting and is very dark. Unfortunately, it was very dirty, with napkins on the floor, even a face mask, and not to mention the bathroom. The cleanliness of the place is a shame.nnThe service was terrible, terrible. From what I could see, the owners need to train the person who takes orders; it's clear they have no experience in customer service. That's a bit irritating, but you can't blame the girl since it's the owners' responsibility to at least train her.nnI can't say much about the food, but what I ordered was delicious. The plating is a shame; it doesn't match the location or what the brand claims to offer.nnI hope they improve.
I was at the restaurant today. As always, the food was delicious, and the Creole rice was a 10/10. The only downside was the cashier's service, very rude and unfriendly to customers. The service at the previous location was indeed better.

We came for brunch, and while the food was very good, the logistics were a bit complicated. It was difficult to carry the dishes up and down the stairs. It was better to have everything on the first floor. Nothing was available, and when something came out, it ran out very quickly because everyone was waiting. There was a lack of variety for a brunch; there were no sweet options, and there weren't even drinks available, even though it wasn't completely full of customers. The dishes came out in very small quantities, and you couldn't even try what arrived. Those on the second floor finished what arrived.
The food is good, but there are no chairs to sit on, and you have to sit on a board with no backrest, unless you want to climb up some very narrow steps to the second floor with a tray in your hands containing ceramic plates and glasses.
Deliveries take too long.nI ordered at 11:30 and it arrived two hours later, and I'm not far from the headquarters.nI told them about my dissatisfaction, and they didn't offer me any compensation.

The place is very nice, ideal for going with friends. The atmosphere is great, the servers are very friendly, the food is delicious, and they have some delicious ice cream. Recommended.
