This day at the CC La Eskina location, I ordered a chicken pesto combo that would be $5.75 plus $2.75 for the combo, I additionally added a Texas green (ONLY THE QUESADILLA), what bothered me is that they charged me an extra soda for $1.99 even though the combo already indicates that it comes with a drink and a side, it is not the first time that this has happened to me in this same place with the same cashier! Be CAREFUL (I share a receipt where they tell me that the combo already includes a drink plus a side and where they charge me for an extra soda)

Unfortunately they have lowered their quality, both in food preparation and in customer service. Disappointing to pay for an iGO that only had lettuce with dressing inside, there were no croutons, vegetables and much less chicken, the tortilla was stiff, you couldn't eat it, and the lemonade looked more like sugar water. My visit on this day was really disappointing, and since they don't even serve at the table, they shouldn't charge a mandatory tip because they don't really earn it.

The place is recognized as an option to eat mainly salads, although there are also wraps and other products that are a good option to eat. The salads are delicious, there are daily salad promotions which is an economical option and they also have other promotions available. The staff is friendly and attentive. The place is pleasant and the food is cared for in most restaurants since since they are uncooked products, hygiene is a very important factor. They are a good option to leave off pizzas, hamburgers and some other type of fast food.

A few days ago I went to eat and I ordered an enlarged cucumber lemonade, plus the respective Igos, it turns out they gave me a lemonade with basil to which I am allergic and I am pregnant, I asked them to change it and if they told me they would change it, it turns out they only diluted it and I asked the boy why he still had liquefied leaves and why the lemonade was no good to me, which at first glance you can see that it is only lemonade without any leaf residue or anything and he told me that my colleagues had put basil in it but I told him that I am totally allergic that I had to take it, pay for it and give it away because the staff was super nervous because they knew what they were doing, putting my health and that of my baby at risk by diluting it in my state of pregnancy, they did not care and being allergic it is dangerous for fun in that sense it did not cost them anything to correct their mistake if I was clear in asking for my order. Only one gentleman from the staff did his best to help me but the colleagues who serve did not want to change it, they took my lemonade to where they prepare it and the glass was full again but with The same lemonade diluted with water. I was practically forced to pay for it so as not to snub them, since I believe we all deserve respect. But they left a lot to be desired, to be honest.

Horrible, the food used to be good, but the quality has dropped and this is mostly noticeable in the dressings, which seem like pure water and have too much garlic flavor. Aside from that, the staff does an incredibly poor job; they always forget everything or make a mistake with the order. Definitely horrible.
