They should say that there is a dress code and maybe even a race code to enter here, we went with a friend who was coming home from work and they looked at us from head to toe when we walked in, the waiter's treatment was super bad, emphasizing the price of things, as if he thought we couldn't pay for them, it took them forever to serve us, they served people who arrived after us first, they brought us drinks last, they didn't even give us cutlery, we asked the waiter for them and he never brought them, we had to ask someone else who was serving, we went to eat there because it was on the way but I wouldn't go back, paying to be looked at with contempt because of my skin tone or because the waiter didn't like my clothing, no thank you, never stop!
The food is truly a treat for the eyes and the appetite. The service is pleasant, and the atmosphere is relaxed and fresh, ideal for pleasant mornings and quiet evenings. There are many types of board games for family fun, and it's ideal for children. Recommended for everyone.
It’s a really cute place, has great choices, not much variety but overall, it was great :) It is a place that I would definitely recommend to others!
An excellent option for breakfast, they have delicious mini pancakes
I want to start by saying that the staff's attention and kindness is TOP, however they should write down the orders and not just memorize them.nnUnfortunately, my experience at Frela left a lot to be desired. I ordered some pancakes that came with garlic butter and honey that had a very unpleasant taste, similar to cough syrup. Fortunately, they changed my butter, but I ended up eating them with just that, plus I requested beans and plantains as sides, which never arrived, although they did appear on the bill. To top it all off, I ordered two coffees and they only brought me one, and although I asked for lactose-free milk, they brought it with whole milk, which has caused me health problems. The attention and accuracy of orders definitely needs improvement.

I am very sorry for what happened: I requested a carrot juice, and the waiter told me that he couldn't sell it to me because it is only sold mixed with orange juice. Even though both drums were completely full and visible to the public. One filled with orange juice and the other with carrot. I thought it was harsh on the part of the manager on duty, because that person was the one who told her she couldn't. In other words, he forced me to ask for what he wanted and not what I wanted. I had a little orange juice. They have lost this man who normally went with his friends for breakfast or ordered delivery. After being a customer for a couple of years. I have seen that it has changed a lot. They force you to tip a percentage. The truth is that the issue of tipping is the discretion of each client, not an obligation. The rest is fine, for example the parking and the bathroom area. I thank the young people who are very kind and always willing to help with great patience.
