They've generally been known for their tasty food, excellent customer service, good atmosphere, and varied menu, but today,nnMy experience today wasn't particularly pleasant. When I ordered a dish from the menu, they took my order, only to tell me later that it wasn't available. I asked for another dish, and they also told me later that it wasn't available either. They didn't have many items available. And one of my companions' dishes came out badly burnt on the bottom. The service wasn't good either.

I don't know if the restaurant has changed owners, but unfortunately, I had to wait an hour for rice and chao mein, even though the restaurant was empty. The service has declined significantly; for example, I had to get up twice to ask for plates and cutlery. The atmosphere felt dead; there was no music, the lights were dim, and the only thing I could hear was a family celebrating. If it weren't for that family, the restaurant would be lifeless.

I liked the whole place; From the parking lot the security guard tries to help you and welcomes you; When you arrive at the door, the waiters are the hosts and accompany you to the table and make themselves available to you; They give you recommendations for dishes and offer you some alternatives according to your preferences; Then they bring you the food exactly as you ordered and ask you if you need anything else; There is a great variety in drinks and they are always willing to make sure you have the best experience option; The living room is large and conditioned. In short, a 10 for everything!!!

The portions are small, I thought it was expensive for what it is and they force you to leave a tip by putting it as part of the rate. The service is good, but that doesn't replace the rest.

There is an extensive menu. I’m a vegetarian so I was looking for tofu. I decided on the kung pao tofu. A huge plate of tofu arrived. No side. It’s really too much tofu to be served as a dish. It would be better if it was less tofu and served with rice. The flavor was ok. The tofu should have been extra firm. It was a bit mushy. The fried cheese and chicken wontons were a bit greasy. You can choose 2 dipping sauces. I was surprised that “duck sauce” was not a choice nor was it available. My husband had the shrimp and rice. He said it was good. A lot of vegetables in the rice. I should have chosen that. There are two floors. I didn’t get to check out the restrooms. The server was packaging buns nearby and I happen to catch him reopen a package with his teeth in order to repackage it again. I thought this was very unsanitary and took me by surprise. I think he realized too late his mistake.nGinger lemonade had very little ginger.nAll things considered , we would try it again.

I showed up very close to closing which I knew and was prepared to not be served. The server was extremely pleasant in telling that I could not dine-in but that he was happy to put an order in for take-out. He was very nice and gave me a drink while I waited. Overall, very nice experience.

The service was good, very fast and prompt. The food was very far from what Asian food is. Sushi had three pounds of rice per roll. My Thai ramen was $14 dollars and a couple of insta noodles would’ve tasted better. Broth was limey and it had only what it felt like 2 frozen shrimps. My wife got a poke bowl and the salmon looked like slices of overcooked carrots (old and mushy). We spent $80 USD for bland food. Never going back
