They have no idea how to take order, - Reply No I called the correct number I know how to use a phone, my order was put under the wrong name and I was told it was for someone else I Reorder and got something else, Not only that you kept blaming me instead of taking responsibility for the oversight. Oh the best part the when my wife when to eat we noticed the order was 100% wrong
I love the food here—good, nice, and cheap. The breakfasts and lunches, both takeout and dine-in, are delicious.nThe service is always good, except when there's an elderly lady in charge, who is quite rude to the customers.nI'm not giving it less than 5 stars because I know it's unfair to condemn the rest of the staff because of that lady.
This is a Venezuelan food place, very clean and pleasant. I ordered Venezuelan empanadas, they were delicious and very fresh, the garlic sauce was very tasty, the service was very good, the truth is that when I am in the area again I will not hesitate to visit them. Thank you.

The food is good, but the service is terrible; they take too long. I literally waited over 30 minutes for two empanadas. And the woman at the register was unfriendly.
I am very happy to have a place in Apopka that sells delicious Venezuelan food that makes us feel close to home. Most of the time the service has been good, but unfortunately there is an older lady who serves the public and whose attitude leaves A LOT TO DESIRE. His treatment is extremely RUDE, he does not greet, he does not thank and he serves with VERY BAD DISPOSITION. Also, the way he treats the female workers is really UNCOMFORTABLE to witness.nnHonestly, I've come to avoid going when I know she's there, because instead of feeling welcome, I end up leaving with an UNPLEASANT experience. It sounds like you think you're doing customers a favor instead of providing a service. I think a place with such good food should make sure the service is up to par, and honestly, they shouldn't put it at the forefront of customer service anymore. I hope they can improve this aspect, because the site has a lot of potential.
This place is great for Venezuelan food! I had breakfast there and really enjoyed it. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. I'd definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking for a good meal. I'll be back again soon!
Everything very good, from the service to the food, but even better is how they will go out of their way to make you happy, if there's something you're craving but not on the menu, don't worry, just ask the owner and she'll make it happen for you. You can't go wrong.

Everything is delicious. The cachapa with pork and some coleslaw on the side and their cilantro sauce is amazing. I've gone 4 or 5 times since discovering them 2 weeks ago. Service in restaurant is a little slow yes but super friendly and nice and the food is well worth the wait.
