Excellent service, very friendly staff, we appreciate Ms. Roxana H.'s attention.nnThe food was very good, especially the meat, the desserts were delicious, and the chickpea hummus was delicious.nnWhere they need to improve is the chicken sandwich. For the price, it's not comparable to the sandwich itself. I expected something better. Otherwise, I recommend it.

It's a disgrace that with three people serving us without doing anything, we waited 30 minutes without even receiving a menu, even though they had clearly seen us several times. We left the place, and after reading the reviews about the discrimination and classism there, it became clear to me why the service was so poor. Disgusting place and management.

I’ve ordered a coffee (chemex) and a croissant which were good. Not something special but good. Unfortunately I’ve placed an order for a chicken sandwich which was dry, made as cheaply as possible (look at the generous portion of avocado, haha). The side of fries was extra and cost around 3 bucks, so I guess it’s fair to expect a little bit more too.nnBut honestly the worst part was the service. I have a lot of experience in hospitality, so it’s hard not to notice. The seating area is on the second floor and I’ve asked for the menu on the first floor, so I’ve sat myself and there was none who would approach me. Three servers were around and not busy at all but didn’t approach me. I had to ask to place my order because they didn’t bother to come and ask, also got very interesting facial expressions from the server when I’ve asked about the washroom, and when after serving a coffee I’ve asked about the croissant which I wanted to get before my main meal. If it’s not obvious, I guess it’s possible to ask, there’s no language barrier as I speak Spanish too.nnSo at least I got a terrible service, not the best way to approach the customer who’s starving and ready to spend some dollars. On the other hand, it makes sense not to bother yourself too much when the tip is automatically included

While having lunch I witnessed an unpleasant scene of discrimination against a young client for having dark skin. Horrible attention, I recommend not going to these places where the administration promotes these hate speeches. Also, the food is quite expensive to be of acceptable quality.

I wanted to leave a good review for Stephanie who was serving yesterday at the store on La Gran Vía. I went to get some mini cakes for a gift at around 7pm. I wanted everything to be in the same box and she made sure they were nice and safe. The lady was very kind, thank you Stephanie! (Sorry if I didn't spell your name correctly)

Hey, what a bad image a place where the food is delicious can give. Today I was able to see how the manager and a waitress employee literally laughed at a girl who made a complaint. In the middle of 2025, seeing unequal treatment based on skin color is quite absurd and I believe that person had every right to complain about the poor service they were given. It was an unpleasant experience to see how the brand representatives are the first to denigrate customers. That reflects reality, that maybe the next person they make fun of will be me as a frequent customer. I hope the owner or someone takes action on the matter because 1) You don't get to spend 10 dollars, you consume with your family and the bills of $80 dollars don't go down, that means that the treatment and the experience must be top. 2) The PLAZA ATRIO branch where I witnessed the act of discrimination is considered a plus area but apparently they have nothing for plus treatment or perhaps they only serve white-skinned people well, 3) They should take into account that discrimination has serious judicial implications. 4) These are not the values that I want my son to observe when I take him to eat at your establishment. 5) I reject racism in all its forms and I hope that this establishment acts against these people or I will consider them to be in favor of racism.

I ordered some chicken and waffles that were okay, but I wasn't crazy about them either, and a mixed fruit dessert that was really hard from being frozen, so they changed it for me. It tasted so-so. I think the price-quality ratio could be better.

An overrated place, limited menu and more expensive than other similar ones, although the food was not bad, the atmosphere of the bistro area is very poor, ugly chairs, tables that are not at all what one expects, the service although rough is fast, the dessert area is like its best option, they are good but sucree and mokafe are better, at least for eating there are hundreds of better places, the desserts if you don't try them you don't miss much
