Very good experience, the restaurant is spacious and is in a house, the atmosphere and decoration is very pleasant, the food is very good, the options are many, there is something to choose from. Highly recommended to visit with friends and relax for a while, good location. It has parking and the staff is very attentive and friendly.

It used to be my favorite Peruvian restaurant in San Salvador, but they've ruined it. Quality of food was horrible. Overly salted meat, frozen shrimp and calamari in the ceviche. Poorly made Pisco sour, etc. Also, for the first time in 2 years of going mediocre service. Will never go back there. The price they charge for the crappy, frozen food they sell is not worth it.

Excellent place with original Peruvian style menu. Very special attention, and although the parking lot is not very large, they offer valet parking service at no additional cost. We were at a birthday celebration and we had a great time.

I went here for a late lunch. The restaurant is located in a nice area, atmosphere is good, people that are working there are kind and the food is delicious. Their lemonades were a bit too sweet but I realized this was kind of common in the area:) They also have a little gallery in the back which was very nice. I would recommend it.

Average at best. I’ve lived in Peru and I’ve tried Peruvian food across the globe. First the waiter was new so took our order all out of sync and didn’t asked the temperature of the meat - not his fault entirely, possibly bad training. ENTREE - Anticucho was dry, hard and cold. This dish is generally juicy, soft, and served hot off the grill. Ceviche was good, it was the best thing out of all the dishes. MAIN - Lomo Saltado came out cold. The fried potatoes, cold, and the meat, cold and hard. Not sure if it was prepared in advance. One person in the group, a Peruivan, in particular said it was unacceptable and asked for the dish to be removed. The restaurant refused to refund the dish so we asked for it to be remade but to go - for my dog to eat... It’s only speculation but maybe they are struggling financially?? Anyhow, 5 stars is reserved for the best of the best so 2 stars here. Not a great customer experience, $200 including tips (mandatory), and food was meh..

I've always considered Lo Peruano to be the best Peruvian food in El Salvador, to this day! What happened to them? From 5 stars to 2. The service is horrible, and the food is nothing like it was a while ago. I don't recommend it.

If I could give it more stars, I would. It's a restaurant with authentic Peruvian flavors. The chaufa rice, tacu tacu, causita, and barbacoa are all highly recommended. The chicha morada is refreshing and tasty. Ten out of ten.

We ordered a half-parrillada and loved the seasoning. We washed it down with glasses of chicha morada, which is authentically Peruvian, as we could tell by its flavor. The service was excellent, and we look forward to returning to try more of the different dishes they offer.

The food is exquisite, definitely the best restaurant I've tried in the entire country. They have the best Peruvian cuisine in the country. The atmosphere is incredible, the food is excellent, and they are very friendly.nI've been there for my birthday dinner multiple times because of my love for the place, and I'll never regret it.nYou have to go!!!

Good food with great flavors. I really liked the art as well as the out door seating. Felt very relaxing. The ceviche was amazing and the chicha! The rice dishes were nothing special but I will be back.
