It is rare to find a good restaurant in a hotel... however, this is the exception. This is one of the restaurants where you can eat the most delicious food in the city. And since it is inside a boutique hotel, the atmosphere is very pleasant.

One thing that I always had a problem with in Nicaragua is that if you complain about the food or you’re unhappy with it, they don’t offer a refund or a replacement, which is the case for this restaurantnI’ve been here twice now, and I didn’t feel I got the full experience the first time for dinner. We were the only table seated, and I felt it was too slow to have a full staff and give us adequate service.nWell, it was my second time here and this time for lunch. There was only one other table seated. One Lady was handling everything, besides the cooking. As you can see, I love shrimp, I eat shrimp at almost every restaurant I go.nin this case, two of the three plates had rotten old shrimp. It was so bad, that I can smell it, probably from the next table. I ate half of it anyway, and it was so bad that I actually spit out the food back into the plate. Immediately we told the lady, and she said we were wrong, and that the shrimp was fresh without even going to the kitchen to the kitchen and asking. Most restaurants anywhere in the world would say would you like to try something else on the menu or I’m very sorry about that, I will take that off of your bill. This is just common sense in customer service at a restaurant.nI will say the ambience here is somewhat nice, but very simple. The dishes came out with superb presentation. This is probably why I ate the shrimp. The prices were expensive and like most Nicaraguan restaurants I had to wave for the waiter anytime I needed her and she was very far away, so sometimes I had to yell for Her just to get some more waternIt’s really hard to believe a place like this could serve such bad food and have bad customer service. I doubt I will ever be coming back to this place, but if I do, I will edit this review if they make changes. Currently I do not recommend this place to anybody.

I like

There wasn't a soul, they didn't even want to attend to me. I had to specify that I wanted to watch a game and have a beer (very expensive, 3 dollars for each national beer). In a bad mood and out of commitment. It's a shame because it's a good restaurant, good food. But it makes me understand why I was so devastated.

The food is delicious. I had the sea bass with ginger and citrus and it was the best thing I had ever eaten.
