The food is very delicious, I used to come in the afternoons to always eat the creme brule, on certain occasions we would have dinner with my family and in your restaurant everything is good, the atmosphere, the facilities but at the cost of exploitation of your employees, according to what several employees told me, the tip is very low, even though one customer consumes a lot and they charge it in a ticket, they deduct a day and a seventh for arrivals of 5 to 10 minutes late throughout the fortnight, likewise disabilities. I think it is not fair to its employees since good service depends on them, and I know because the times I arrived I always saw turnover followed by staff. But each person decides where to consume and that's why NO MORE with this restaurant! It's a shame

The food and coffee are delicious. But everything is extra. I ordered a carpaccio, they recommend it with avocado but it is extra. I ordered a latte but the almond milk is extra. I asked to charge my cell phone, the manager didn't let the waiter, I called another waiter to order some wines and he acted like he didn't see us, calling him since it wasn't his table. From there I said we'd better go and ask for it and it's not possible just downstairs because there is no wifi upstairs. The manager knew we were upset and didn't even apologize. This had already happened to us once before and we decided to go a second time because the place is nice and the food is also delicious. But everything extra and the service is terrible.

Charming place, how is it possible that places like this exist? It's a beautiful place, the macaroons are delicious, and not to mention the food, it's even more delicious. I had a very bad experience. Throughout my life I have gone to multiple restaurants of all categories, and many times I have brought my own lunch because I accompany my colleagues to eat, among others. They had NEVER told me, not even in five-star restaurants here in El Salvador, that I could not bring in any drinks/food. I brought a shake because I have a weak stomach and I just wanted to come here to Sucree to accompany a friend while she worked and the waiter told me that it was forbidden to bring it in. I study marketing so it's fine, I understand it, but what I don't understand is literally he just wanted to fuck because he brought me exactly the same glass that I brought and he just wanted me to change it, and he didn't even help me because it was spilling and he literally just stood there waiting for me to finish serving the drink. I will never return to this place. The food, by the way, for the price, is quite basic. I recommend a thousand times more places that are around this crap. A customer service that if I could give it minus zero, I would definitely rate it that way. I do not recommend that you come if you want to have a good time with your loved ones because you will feel harassed by the waiter “because of brand issues.” How horrible and what crap service.

I visited at night and had a delightful experience, especially since I enjoyed my dessert on the terrace. The service was exceptional, and the waitress was always smiling.

At the end we asked to share a small Oreo cale, which is usually exquisite and I wanted you to try… the taste was unpleasant! It was ugly in taste and looked old.nI told the waitress, nothing, she didn't offer change or any solution. I ask for the bill and they charge me!!!! (we had taken two literal spoonfuls to check that it was old...)nI went to talk to the cashier who rudely told me that it was “impossible since their products are fresh (and yes… but not that day…) she was outraged as if I had disrespected her for telling her that her cake was old. Oreo… mistreatment knowing that I am a customer…nHe charged me, he didn't charge menShe offered some solution and even less apologies, because she felt offended by my comment!! nconclusion… by treating a client badly they lost several… we never go again and I tell what happened to each person!!!!!
The service on the terrace was not very good, the pizza was very golden, the edges were almost burnt.
