Firstly, the lovely ladies who run this place work so hard. They are extremely welcoming. There is both an English and Spanish version of the menu which was helpful. The items I wanted to try weren’t available but I was glad to be recommended the fried chicken platter. It’s incredibly delicious and portions are ridiculously huge that it could serve two! Salad and sauce are amazing. It takes a bit of time to prepare but I appreciate the effort put into each meal. The young lady who runs the shop with her mum is so incredibly kind. She never charges more for Lempiras nor USD (compared to other places that do for tourists) and often tries to give the right change back - such a sweet soul!
