The best ramen in Guatemala. Excellent place, very pretty, but it's very small, so they wait until you finish your meal to offer to clear your dirty plates and immediately offer you the check so you can pay and leave.nnIf you want a place where you can eat delicious food and practically be kicked out when you're done, this restaurant is for you. It reminded me of the days at Le Club when they would walk around with a flashlight shining into your beer to see if you'd finished it.

For me, it's the best ramen in Guatemala. I always order the tonkotsu with a level 3 spiciness. I recommend the fried green beans as an appetizer.nnKeep in mind that they only sell dine-in ramen on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (see hours) and takeout only during the week.

They always serve you very well. The vegan ramen is one of the most delicious dishes I've ever tried! The flavor of the soup combined with the acidity of the shitake mushroom is spectacular. The ginger lemonade is super refreshing. It's worth the wait.

One of the best Ramens in Guatemala, I recommend ordering extra egg and pork, as well as an order of more pasta to share. I recommend booking, since there is usually a line, I also recommend the frozen kits to assemble at home

Everything about this place was amazing! The atmosphere of the place was great, as you enter the restaurant, they salute you like in a traditional ramen place in Japan. Our waiter was really helpful and spoke English. We ordered one of each of the ramen. Both were absolutely sensational! The flavours were there and each elements were so tasty! We also took away a box of their sesame ice cream, it was so so delicious!nOverall, we had an amazing time with delicious food, the whole place feels like you’ve transported to Tokyo! 100% recommend if you’re in the area!

3 ramen options, the first with the special cut of bacon just like in Japan, the second vegetarian with slightly sweet shitake mushrooms and the third with cold edon. It's worth booking to get a table inside or get the whole experience at the bar.

A very good experience. The tonkotsu ramen broth is delicious, the noodles are chewy, and the meat that goes with the ramen is also very tasty. It even restores the hot spring egg of tonkotsu ramen. If you are Chinese, I recommend adding noodles, otherwise you will not be full. If you want to add ingredients, it is recommended to add meat. The hot spring egg costs 10 yuan each and is not very cost-effective compared to meat. The overall evaluation is great!

One of the best Tonkotsu ramens I had - ever! I was definitely surprised. They only had 3 ramens to choose from which made it easy.nnCozy restaurant with not too many spots, you can reserve for Friday/Saturday but we just showed up early to get a table for 6pm when they opened. Totally worth the wait. Super friendly service!

RAMEN MASTERS , without a doubt the noodles and the broth are the best, you can hardly find that flavor anywhere else, and that's even though I've already done a ramen tour in almost every place in the city and the ramen is so good it never ceases to amaze me, the flavor of the broth is the best and if you're brave, order level 4. Things to improve, almost nothing, it's a small place but the concept is good it's not like it's a restaurant but a ramen shop, and another thing maybe to improve is the chashu, which I prefer golden rather than flambéed. What does it matter, you forgive all that for that ramen flavor .

The food is delicious, the service is excellent, the only drawback is that the place is small, they only allow 20 people and they don't accept groups of more than 5. And in the end, you can't stay long because there are many diners waiting their turn.
