Was expecting to enjoy my food but saw some abuse towards a customer although she was correct about her order which he undeniably got wrong. It was also a trigger for me seeing a man shouting at a woman who did nothing wrong.nDid I enjoy my food- no- not after that.nI do hope she got things sorted.

Could you imagine not listening properly to the customer and the customer being berated for the owner’s lack of listening skills.nCompletely got the order wrong and then raised his voice at me because he’s the manager!nAlso he owes me money as my receipt indicates- because he gave me the incorrect food!

I had a really disappointing experience at this food truck. I made it very clear when ordering that I did not want cheese - repeating it multiple times. Even my friend heard me. The cashier nodded along but clearly didn’t note it down properly, because my order came with cheese anyway.nnMistakes happen, and I get that - but the way it was handled was unacceptable. When I pointed it out, the employee initially tried to hand it back, then asked the cashier, who denied I ever said “no cheese.” They tried to hand me the incorrect order again and the manager even said to give it to me? When they realized I wasn’t gonna take it, they remade it.nnI refused to take food I physically can’t eat because I’m lactose intolerant, which is why I stated no cheese multiple times. It was very loud so I get they didn’t hear me - BUT do no claim I didn’t say otherwise and try to force me to take the food. It’s wild to me that instead of simply correcting the issue, they tried to act like I never made the request at all. Absolutely insane customer service
