I found the arepa small for what it costs, but considering it's London, it's not bad. It's not the best in the world, but I would definitely choose it again over other street food options in the area.
Delicious gluten free food!
I just had a great meal, the food is really nice and it was well done.nnI really liked the guy who was doing the service, he was very friendly and had a good proper chat.nnThe van also had great decor and looked really clean.nnI also like that it had the feel of a small business and not some mass catering company.

Had been craving a good arepa for days, and this really made me happy and want some more. We went there with two friends and my sister and it was really delicious. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The beef arepa was our favourite!

This Southbank venue is a must visit. The staff is lovely, has excellent recommendations, and lets you sample the fillings if you’re an indecisive doughnut like me.nThe texture of these arepas is divine and the fillings are rich and flavourful. The sweet potato tempuras are light, fluffy, and beautifully crispy. A perfect side for any arepa you’d choose.
There are lots of food kiosks in this courtyard behind the Royal Festival Hall. Still Pabellon gets good reviews and I'd say that they are deserved as you'll pick up a solid meal from this stall.nnThe sweet potato tempura is perhaps the weakest part as ours were mostly crispy shell but the main meal of beef arepa was pretty spot on and tasty. It's a good spot for lunch here and diners are definitely spoilt for choice!
The food is all naturally gluten-free, which means people with gluten intolerances can enjoy Venezuelan Street Food safely. Was asked if I wanted to try the spicy and garlic sauces but not warned it would be extra, which wasn't ideal. The food was freshly made and did taste nice.

Found Pabellon at South Bank food market. The veggie arepa was amazing!! The blackbeans were so flavoursome and paired with a delicious salsa and fresh avocado and the sweet potato fries are epic.

Located in the Southbank Centre outdoor food market, Pabellon serves up two traditional Venezuelan dishes - arepa and pabellon criollo. The beef pabellon combines rice, black beans, slow-cooked beef, fried plantains, avocado, pico de gallo and cornbread. The service is warm and friendly which together with the Latin tunes playing in the background, bring the flavours of Venezuela to the market. Pabellon is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon to 8PM.
Incomprehensible service on time, we don't know who is being served, tired welcome, sweet potatoes out of stock, kebab level for the rest like the other stands in the area

Excellent Venezuelan vegan food market stall as part of Southbank Centre Food Market. I have first ever experience with Venezuelan food and it is one of the best I have ever had. Good portion, succulent and juicy taste, with an incredibly generous addition of cheese. Very nice service.
There are a lot of great stalls in the market but this one really stood out and the food looked amazing.nnWe both had the beef and it was just delicious, a must try if you are passing and we will definitely be back

Amazing food, I had the vegan pabellon and the sweet potato tempura and they were delicious! Generous portions too, and the fries remained crunchy and delicious even later in the day!!
