Do not order delivery from this place, they NEVER deliver on time, I had the misfortune of placing the order 3 times and all 3 times they did not meet the deadline.
I'm shocked by the bad reviews here because my experience was completely opposite to what people are saying. So much so that we ordered lunch and dinner the same day, lol, all through ifoodnnFor lunch, we had a feijoada that was delicious! And for dinner, we ordered a parmigiana and a burger. Everything was delicious and very well served.
It was my first time at this restaurant, and it was very disappointing. The burger wasn't even a burger, but rather little balls. The cheese didn't pair well. I wouldn't order it again.
Wow, it was really dirty. The tray was sticky, I spoke to the girl but they didn't change it, the bathroom walls looked like they had 15 years of dirt on them. Disgusting!
I thought the chickpea burger was great, the preparation and flavor were great, I thought the cheddar was super salty and the bread was a little cold. I left with the smell of frying impregnated in my clothes and hair.

Sitting at the table should have been a pleasant experience, but it became an inconvenience.nnFood: Regarding the food, the burger I ordered was burnt and cold, which is unacceptable for a dish that should have been served hot and tasty. Furthermore, the fries were soggy and flavorless, adding to the disappointment.nnUnfortunately, I cannot recommend the place.
Dirty floor, greasy table, cold sandwich swimming in oil. Excessive preparation time. Very expensive for a second-rate restaurant.
I ate here three times during my trip to São Paulo. The food was consistently delicious. Perfect for vegetarians and vegans who want plant based alternatives for classic Brazilian dishes :)

I ordered lunch on Ifood on a monday. I was already waiting 30min ahead of delivery max estimation when I decided to ask whats was happening, but I got no answer. After a while I asked Ifood to cancel the order but I was told the restaurant requested me to wait 15min more that I would receive it. More than 2hours passed and they didn't send me any message at all.
I love this place and the peoplenwho work there. Especially Lourdes, who has always treated everyone with such kindness and friendliness since I first discovered it.nI love the meals; they're amazing!nThe atmosphere is beautiful, relaxed, and comfortable.

I tried the Parmegiana at the recommendation of the server Lurdes, who was super super super friendly and helpful, as was Lucas. I loved the dish, which was beautifully served, with a generous portion of rice, the soy steak with a delicious red sauce, and the Pop Vegan's plant-based catupiry cheese, which was excellent. I plan to go back to try more options!
The burger is deep-fried, and the place smells greasy. There are plenty of options, including catupiry cheese, vegan bacon... but I didn't think it was worth it.
Terrible, I went to get a ride for an order at this restaurant, they gave me the machine was to charge the customer and return, on the way back they would pay me the delivery fee, 40 reais, I got there the customer had already paid through the app, I came back the attendant had left and fought with the owner, who is a slacker, only the cook was left having to serve the staff and cook didn't even know how to use Ifood, then I said I needed to receive my delivery fee and said that the owner who was going to pay was not there, speaking to him only by phone the owner of the establishment said that later I would pay that he was BUSY then I did the Pix luck and that some customers came in and paid 20 reais in cash, and the cook gave it to me, and I left my Pix for him to make the other 20 reais I haven't received it to this day from the owner of this scoundrel place, and if it weren't for the customers who paid in cash there I would have taken a skin of 40 reais.

I ordered the snack with fries through Ifood, it took forever, everything arrived cold and with the vegan burger and bacon burnt.
Never order food from them on Ifood. Delivery is more than an hour late, or more. Who knows when the food would arrive, and IF it would arrive at all.
I'm not vegan, but I loved the vegan feijoada! I recommend it!
We ordered a Fly Fish and a Chickpea Burger, but they weren't tasty at all... The cheddar had a super sickly flavor, and the catupiry cheese was too. Heavy snacks, we left disappointed, and the food didn't sit well. I'm used to eating vegan snacks, and I have to say these were way below average.

It says it closes at 11pm, we arrived at 10:40pm and they refused us entry to the place to eat.
I ordered a snack from iFood. The shiitake burger arrived charred, with a charcoal taste, and hard as a rock. I couldn't eat it. The store responded via iFood that everything was normal and that this was their point. 50 reais for a bad snack and poor service is incredibly disrespectful to the customer.
Very friendly place, excellent service, a variety of vegan options, and good prices. I plan to come back and try more things on the menu!
We were very well fed and served by Henrique and Lurdes. The food was very good, especially the seasoning of the feijoada!
I've always eaten at Novos Veganos and love the food there. But the last week I went, I was surprised by the size of the snack (it was smaller than usual). Besides the milkshake, I've had both the flake and chocolate ones before. They were much larger and came in a glass cup, but now they come in a plastic cup. The menu was also much nicer before, with photos of the products; now it's a sheet of paper (??). I'm vegan and would really like Novos Veganos to stay the same. For anyone wanting to eat there, I still recommend it, both for the flavor of the food and the service.
Everything was perfect, Lu was super friendly, the atmosphere was great, even non-vegans were welcome! I would go back :)
