The atmosphere is incredible, the place is very beautiful but the service is so terrible, the staff is not trained. 2-3 hours of maximum wait, where they did not come close to offering anything else to make the wait more enjoyable. There is no communication between taking the order and the kitchen, they take the order and the kitchen does not receive it. Completely disastrous.

TOTALLY HORRIBLE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME TO EAT HERE EVER IN THEIR LIFE, we ordered a meal that took 2 hours to come and you know it's the worst that supposedly already came and they took it to other people because of the mess they have, a burger so cold that I regretted every bite of having ordered it, prices totally overrated for what they serve in conclusion: don't come, don't waste your time here

Very bad, the food was tasteless and expensive, and the service was even worse. I don't recommend it at all, overrated. Because even though the place is beautiful, looking at it doesn't make you eat.

Terrible service. The staff avoids eye contact at all costs so as not to have to serve you . It's amazing, driving there and having them come out with that.

Undoubtedly, the place is very nice, cozy, and family-friendly. As for the service, it took almost two hours for us to be served undercooked food and meat that couldn't even be cut with a knife. They should improve the service, as we were left with a bad taste in our mouths. The pool wasn't clean and looked dirty. I hope they improve because there's potential there. They should train the staff better.

The prices seemed good until we tried the food. Very poor service, 1 hour and 45 minutes for a typical dish! Bad meat, bad flavor. I definitely don't recommend it.

We booked for our wedding and thank God and all the people who attended us, our wedding turned out spectacular, the attention of each person was very good and the food was super delicious, the wedding cake was delicious, the place was very nice, the cabins were super comfortable, I could give so many details since we started our process and Tatiana, Laura and when we met Andrea, very nice people, all the waitresses and waiters, we were really satisfied, everything turned out beautifully thanks to good organization. Overall, it was very good. Most people liked the event, despite the delays at the start due to the lawyer's delay. This wasn't the stable's fault. However, they could have been more flexible on some issues. The rooms didn't have wireless internet, which was a major drawback. However, the event was very good in terms of food, music, and decor. Perhaps the staff lacked a bit more enthusiasm. I had almost half of my drinks left over.
