This place sold Venezuelan food with good flavor and seasoning, today May 29, 2025, I experience that they have worsened the quality of their products, food without salt or seasoning, a flag on the plate shone the rice with a little bit of shredded meat and a little bit of black beans, the only good thing was the papelón at the price of smoothies, oh and the high prices debut and farewell
We all know that Venezuelan food is characterized by being EXTREMELY and unjustifiably expensive, but what these people are doing is literally ROBBERY!! I went to order 3 miserable arepas with cheese, nothing more, plain, for some children and they were going to charge me $45 DOLLARS!!! Are you serious, gentlemen? Are you really looking to make a sale or is this bad reputation supposed to finally make you disappear? Unfortunately for these people, I worked for 10 years for Polar Industries and Flour Bread and I know from the inside how much those arepas are worth... $0.13 cents per arepa + $0.18 cents for 1 oz of cheese, that's $0.31 cents for cost, add $0.50, add $1.00 as an exaggeration... I was willing to pay $3 or $4 dollars because I'm a CHEF and I know that everything has additional costs and profits... but $15 dollars for an arepa with cheese is more than an insult, it is confirmation of the bad reputation that Venezuelan food and its people have, that nobody knows who gave the MICHELIN category to the simplest thing in the world, which is an arepa with fillings. CUT THAT RIDICULOUSNESS DOWN 2 TIMES.
I recommend that you NEVER go here. You really don't want to waste your money, and it's not cheap at all. The food is TERRIBLE. Cachapas with cheese that tastes like NOTHING, patacones with no salsa, VERY SIMPLE food. The only thing that tasted good were the tequeños.nIt said Refill soda, but the machine didn't have ice, so the drink was hot.nFOOD 1/10nSERVICE 1/10...nI MEAN, EVERYTHING IS BAD
I don't know what's worse, Chavismo or this restaurant. It's simply TERRIBLE. A reheated cachapa like the ones they sell at Walmart and on top of that, they get burnt. Some terrible tostones with no flavor. I don't know who told them that tostone goes with overcooked chicken salad. The soda machine has no ice. A very, very bad experience. I lost my money and my time and I was inconvenienced. I won't be back.
Horrible food, I don't recommend it
What happened here was completely unacceptable. The staff never flipped the screen to let me choose a tip—they tipped themselves without my authorization. That’s not just unethical, it’s illegal. Because of this, they lost two customers that day—we will never be coming back. It’s not about the money, it’s about the principle. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place. If this is how you treat your customers, you’re going to lose your business.
Now I see why they have 3 horrible stars I don't recommend it to anyone
The most delicious arepas I have ever eaten, simply spectacular. And the juices too.
The biggest complaint I can have about this place is the customer service, it is the most unpleasant thing about this place. I have been there several times and it is always the same, until today when our patience was exhausted, how is it possible that I arrived at the place, it is supposed to still be open, we arrived at 11:40 pm, if the doors are open it is because there is still public attention, if not then close 15 minutes earlier so that the employees Yosmaira and her partner can leave at 12:00 exactly which is what they want the most and thus they do not have to receive people with bad faces and bad attitudes, how is it possible that both of them look at each other's faces as if they want to kill those of us who come to eat and also serve us, and even so the lack of respect of emphasizing while we are placing an order that there are only 15 minutes left to hurry, apart from taking and placing the orders reluctantly, the place may have good food but the service kills it completely, and they should be more aware of this as much as to change their staff, or modify the time closing and thus customers avoid these unpleasant moments due to the attitudes of the workers!!
Look how full my arepa is and tell me this place isn't the bomb! I love it here they make the best food!!!
The girls in this place used to be rich, today I went to have one and what terrible chicha and condensed milk they put in it and the chicken was full of napkins to the bottom
The cachapas for my taste should not add potatoes.
Never been there but the prices are outrageous. I guess they are been also charge a lot by the plaza...
I ordered some Arepas through the Doordash app, I bought my wife's with two different cheeses, and it only came with one, also without any sauces;nI ordered mine with pork rinds and sauces, it arrived without pork rinds as you can see in the image.nnIt seems to me that paying almost 70 dollars and waiting two hours at least expect that the order will arrive exactly as you ordered it and for what you paid.nnThe other headquarters is much better than this one.
Terrible! I bought a pork and chicken arepa from this place, and the next day at 5 a.m. I had to go to the hospital for food poisoning that caused me to have to rest for two days after eating an arepa from this place!
I ordered a chicken soup, expecting at least a decent meal for the price. Instead, I got a bland, tasteless dish that was so unappetizing I ended up throwing it away. For $12, I expected much more. Their prices are outrageous considering the lack of quality in their food. I won’t be coming back.
The best Venezuelan arepas!!! Thank you!
The dirtiest restaurant I've ever seen in Orlando, everything is filthy and greasy and not clean at all.
The empanadas are the only thing that for my taste are poorly made, a lot of very thick dough.
Overpriced arepas de CACA. Very disappointing food and dine in experience
Decent Venezuelan food but the prices are just crazy you’re getting robbed. cause is good but the quality doesn’t justify these prices
My favorite place to eat empanadas at any time, it's divine and they treat you super well.
The best arepa I have eaten in this country (I have been living since 2008)
Good place to eat if you miss Venezuelan food, but I would said that it's pricey for place like this.
The price is not worth the super bad quality of the product.
I’ve gone to this chain before in different parts of Orlando and the service and food have always been good. This time the customer service was horrible, the cashier looked bored, walked away when I asked to order my meal, and appeared bothered by me ordering. It took 20 minutes to make two arepas so I waited in my car because her energy was so dark it affected the entire atmosphere. The food was good but they need to get their cashier some training in customer service or hire someone that’s actually nice to customers.
Food and service is amazing.
We spent $60 and the arepas were undercooked, lukewarm, and tasted old. We ended up throwing out all the food. Consider yourself warned.
I had empanadas, the dough is too thick so much so that it steals the flavor of the filling. And the Tequeños had a taste of rejected oil. They must improve.
Super delicious I love arepas ❣️
