Discovered by chance because it is a stone's throw from my hostel. I went in because I saw that it is not a tourist place and the clientele is local and it is the kind of restaurant I look for when I travel. I didn't even realize right away that it is a vegetarian restaurant and it was a great discovery.nIt was love at first sight, for all my days spent in Medellín I had lunch here. The menu of the day is a choice between two or three soups, I always took the cream, they are truly delicious, cooked impeccably (I am a chef and I evaluate impartially). The main dish is based on vegetable proteins, (one day I ate a dish with soy sprouts and I had never eaten them in that way they were delicious) vegetables, rice or brown rice or spelt, salad (excellent with pieces of pineapple) and plantain maduro. A small dessert, never too sugary, great for those with diabetes, and a homemade drink of your choice, I tried a truly incredible tomato and pineapple juice, or banana and soy, or the classic guandolo, even the drinks never too sugary, all excellent!nThe kitchen brigade is made up entirely of women, the waiters are fast and as soon as you sit down they take your order and in a few minutes you are served even though the small place is always quite full.nIf this restaurant were in Europe it would be a high class restaurant for the quality of the preparation and the quality of the ingredients. Here the menu of the day costs just 19,500 pesos which is about €4.40. It is open from Monday to Saturday, Sunday is rightly a day of rest.nI told the owner of the place that it would be nice to write a book of their recipes because they are truly incredible, but perhaps it is right to keep their secrets.nGo there and you will be incredibly surprised, you do not have to be vegetarian to love this cuisine!
It is a local place with a great menu del dia, which was fully vegan. The food was nutituous and delicious. All the people who work there are super attentive and friendly.nI will definitely come back!

I frequently visited the place, until last year when several large glasses came out in an empanada, I made the complaint and they returned my money, they excused themselves that the product is not made there, some time later I returned to give them another chance and today at lunch I found a bug in the soup, there was no apology or compensation, at the time of paying they were going to charge me in full, I complained to them about the incident and the solution was not to charge for the soup, the truth is that they did not care about losing two frequent customers (I was with another person who will not buy there again), they are two bad experiences, they do not see the seriousness of the matter, where would I have swallowed that or managed to have it in my mouth, I would be in the clinic...
The daily menu has always been a good option. I go every time I'm there, it's varied, it has soup and drink options and it's delicious. The prices are barely.

Food is good here. Very busy at lunch. Get here about noon, or after 1:30 p.m. 17,500 pesos for the lunch of the day. Excellent meal.
Loved our menu del dia, friendly generous staff, gorgeous food, brown rice with pieces of plantain, delicious salad, croquet, quinoa soup and banana brulee. Lovely fresh coffee and aromatico tea drink of ginger and pineapple. Thank you for a very happy tummy
Delicious vegan products, the carrot and banana cake is very delicious, the red wine is delicious, I was craving a very delicious vegetable cheese, and the entire food tastes very good.
Very good vegan food for vegans and non-vegans
The food is delicious . They have menu of the day ( 17.500 cop) that include a soup , rice. Salad, vegetable and protein, desert and a drink . I could choose 3 different kind of soup and 3 different types of drinks . My son has the burgers ( 15,500 cop) and it was delicious. They get very busy at lunch time . There is plenty of waitress too so service is quick . They receive credit card which is nice !
