Great staff!! Decent food .
We have passed this establishment numerous times but always rushing to be somewhere this will not happen again, Jeff has created an interesting restaurant by employing deaf people and he may have mentioned an autistic person also. The waitperson brings you a menu and an erasable marker . Just write through what you care to eat and voila, or if you can sign even better. We ordered a burger and chicken quesadilla which were huge and tasty to boot. So when passing by do not hesitate to stop in and get a bite . Forgot to mention very affordable. Great job Jeff keep your dream alive.

Great hidden gem on the highway from San Juan to Managua. Enjoyed amazing breakfast and coffee. Waiters are deaf and communicate in sign language which makes the experience even more unique. Recommended 100%

Great place to eat, the food was delicious . We found this place by chance. Great service and a very humbling experience. The staff were always smiling, and we even wondered why they don't have restaurants like this one in Canada where you can also learn a little!

Our group came to Nicafé last year and knew we had to come back this trip. It is a bit outside town but definitely worth the drive.nFriendly servers, beautiful lush atmosphere and delicious food.nnWe had Ceviche, fish carpaccio, fresh fish with orange sauce and fish with garlic sauce. Everything was delicious and the fish was the best I have had.nnWith very reasonable prices, service, atmosphere and delicious meals I highly recommend NicafénThe staff are hearing impaired, you highlight your meal and drink choices with a marker and can learn sign to say Thank You❤️
