Just amazing X3 times. Go try it out.
Excellent service, simple but very good vegan arepa! I wish the quantity was a little more generous, but it makes a good snack.
Great lunch stop. Tasty and good portions. Would recommend.
The food was delicious and full of cheese. Every part of the arepa was well seasoned and full of flavor. I ordered a cachapa Jr and it was much larger than I expected but a delicious combination of sweet and savory.
The food is delicious and the staff is very attentive. The owner was very friendly!
It's a shame that even though the food was very good, and so was the drink. Unfortunately the attention was not the best. The cashier does not emit any type of emotion on his face and is not uneducated either. They also didn't mention that we had to order at the register first, and they kept us waiting at the table for minutes, since there was no waiter. I would return, yes, but I hope that next time they will be more attentive.
Soo amazingly good. Fully gluten free with a lot of options. Don’t really know what was better the Arepas or the sauces that came with it. Both great. Will definitely come back and I recommend it to all!
really great meal, it was very filling. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Great service all round. the arepas are a must try.
A must visit for great arepas in a convenient location
Came here 5x during our stay in Lima :) we loved the Arepas (even better than the ones we had in Colombia)
Amazing Arepas! Heaven for Gluten-Free
Tasted amazing, really considerate staff!nVery understanding of my Soy intolerance and swapped out everything containing Soybean oil
Delicious food, large portions. They are totally worth the price, every time I go the service is good and attentive. As a plus, everything comes out very fast and fresh.
The arepas were to die for! Very tasty and warm recommendation!
Fantastic! The reviews don't lie on this one. Try the Papelón con Limón!
Just what I was looking for! Small cafe with local dishes and great coffee ☕️ Couldn’t get better than this.
Every year I come to visit Peru I come to eat an arepa here, good service, very delicious sauces.
Arepa was really good but took at least 45 minutes on a day that wasn’t particularly busy or anything…. Was going to dine in but had to leave to get back to work. I was excited to try this place but won’t be coming back
Luis prepare a great Margarita! GF food is really tasty
The empanadas, arepas and cachapas are good! Also the coffee
Very good and friendly and attentive service but it is way too expensive for the quantity and style of food
Very large tasty arepas with vegan and vegetarian options . I perfect stop for lunchnGracias
My credit card info was stolen twice in Lima and this shop was the only place that I used it both times. The food is good, but beware using a credit card here. Not sure if it was just a bad employee or if it goes higher than that.
Delightful place for comforting food. Had the carne taco - just really really tasty. Lovely sauces too.
Very tasty and large arepas with various fillings. Prices are rather high compared to Paracas.
A MUST EAT! The arepa itself is unreal. Perfectly formed, holds up (no crumbling) and is absolutely stuffed (photo is the remains of my arepa I had to wrap to go). Service was incredibly friendly and accommodating to our lack of Spanish. They explained the options and gave suggestions. The owner was lovely, chatting with us about his fathers recipe and all the ingredients he imports to make the arepas as good as they are! Excellent options for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free and a great price for how full we were! Come hungry, be treated like family.
It's a mistake nNot eating an arepa here, that is the mistake.nWe went on a Sunday at noon, when we arrived there was only one table but in a short time it became lively.nn nMy partner and I shared two arepas and a chicken empanada.nWe ate a very delicious “vegetarian pavilion” arepa with abundant filling, I was surprised because you could hardly close it, we also ate another one called “Pelua” with shredded meat and gouda cheese, with less filling but also very delicious.nTo close we tried the chicken empanada, with a spongy and crispy dough on the outside and a juicy and tasty filling.n To drink we ordered “papelón con lemon”, a typical Venezuelan drink that I particularly like a lot, different from any other soft drink I had tried before.nnThe premises are open to the street and have easy access.nHighlight the staff, fast and very pleasant.nn If you want to try some typical Venezuelan arepas or empanadas, it is a good point in Barranco.nn I recommend going, I will return
Great spot for lunch! The carne arepas was amazing and inexpensive
Great, simple, down to earth, excellent Arepas!
